The Big Bark Boys exists because pets are everything: the welcome home, the shadow on the couch, the reason the house feels like a home. They deserve more than a folder of 4,000 photos. We're pet parents and artists who turn a single photo of your pet into a museum-quality portrait. The studio's named after our two dogs, Amino and Buster, who are still the toughest critics we've got. Made for the pets who deserve a place on the wall, not just the camera roll. Every photo you send us is someone's favourite face in the world. We don't ever forget that.❤️

An Image that will Last a Lifetime!
This experience made me smile and brought tears to my eyes because it showed the love that my dog and I have for each other. The images are absolutely authentic. It was worth every penny because this memory will be cherished for a very long time. The company delivers quickly by sending you texts to ask if you received your online portrait. I had trouble opening it because it kept buffering. I contacted the company and it was immediately resolved. I recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for this experience! It really made my day.

Hi Margarita,
We're genuinely sorry you experienced difficulty downloading your portrait, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Our digital portraits are made available immediately after purchase, both through the order confirmation page and a download link sent by email. Occasionally, customers may experience technical difficulties accessing their files, and our team is always here to help resolve these issues.
We only became aware of your difficulty through this review, as we hadn't received a support request from you beforehand. We would have been more than happy to help you straight away.
Since seeing your review, we've reached out to you personally via email and Facebook and have also sent your completed high-resolution portrait directly to your email, so you can access it without any further difficulty.
We also noticed your lovely Facebook comment sharing your portrait and saying how much you loved it. It genuinely meant a great deal to us, especially knowing how special the memories behind your portrait are. ❤️
We're a small business, and we genuinely care about every customer who trusts us with something so personal. We never want anyone to feel they've been left without help, and we will always do our best to put things right whenever an issue is brought to our attention.
Margarita, we hope you've now been able to access your portrait successfully. If there's anything else you need, please reach out to us at support@thebigbarkboys.com. We're always happy to help.
Warmly,

Amazing how you took a photo of my wife on a cruise and another photo of our two dogs sitting on the floor and made it look like the dogs had their paws on her shoulder.

The process was quick, and I loved the portrait that they created of me and my very senior cat. I did the download and didn't order any frames so I can't comment on that part but everything else was great!

Poor quality
Although I understand and expect the preview to be of less quality and with watermarks, it was difficult to discern what the final image would look like. The final version had too much contrast and unacceptable loss of shadow detail. Since y’all use AI why not allow the customer to modify the final image?

Hi Don,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t completely happy with the contrast and shadow detail in your finished portrait.
We provide a free preview before purchase so customers can see their portrait beforehand, and additional previews can be generated if a version doesn’t feel quite right. However, our help certainly doesn’t stop once an order has been placed.
While we don’t provide unrestricted self-editing of the final high-resolution artwork, as this helps protect the security and integrity of the files while ensuring any adjustments are made without compromising the quality of the finished portrait, our team is always happy to personally assist with adjustments if something about a portrait needs attention.
In your case, we would be very happy to soften the contrast and bring more detail into the darker areas for you at no additional cost.
We hadn’t heard from you about the issue before seeing your review, so we reached out to you directly as soon as we became aware of your concerns and offered to create a revised version for you to preview.
Don, we genuinely want you to be happy with your portrait. If you see our email, please reply whenever convenient and give us the opportunity to make those adjustments for you. We’re always here to help.
Warmly,
The Big Bark Boys

Absolutely amazing
I have come across quite a few of these sites where you can get these photos done. None of them can capture you and your pet like these guys! I lost my Bella in 2020 who was my soulmate, and seeing us together again in this beautiful picture they created was like she was with me again, even if just for a moment. It meant so much to see us together again in such a beautiful picture. And the Customer Service!!! 10 plus stars!! Amazing people to deal with. You do not find that anymore. All around absolutely wonderful.

Hi Roger,
We’re genuinely sorry to learn through your review that you weren’t happy with the proportions in your portrait. We only wish you had reached out to us first, as we would have been more than happy to help.
Our process is intentionally built around free previews before purchase. The portrait you order is the portrait shown to you beforehand, and there is absolutely no obligation to purchase if something about the composition, likeness or proportions doesn’t feel right. Customers are welcome to generate multiple free previews for exactly this reason.
We also want to clarify your comment that it “would have been nice if there was a way to correct that,” because there absolutely is. Our support team is always available to help, and had you contacted us about your dog’s size, we would have gladly worked with you on alternative versions.
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any request or message from you about this before the review was posted, so we weren’t given an opportunity to address it.
We have since reached out to you directly and offered to create new previews with your dog’s proportions adjusted, at no additional cost. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.
Warmly,
The Big Bark Boys
Priceless
I was over the moon when I seen the beautiful portrait you generated for me. It was only last week we had to put our dog down and to get a portrait of my daughter and her beloved dog was priceless. I will definitely come back for another portrait as you have gone above and beyond to help me out when I had trouble down loading my image. I can’t thank you enough.

Great for a lost loved one
We lost our girl Mishka this week and have been struggling with the worst pain of our lives. I saw an ad on Facebook for an image with a person and a pet made up. I added some photos and was instantly in love. Thank you making this possible. Highly recommended.
