item arrived (later than expected) broken in two pieces and bits bent/snapped off. Customer service seemed friendly initially but made you jump through about 5 layers of 'proof' including a voice recording and video explanation of the issue before passing you around different teams. Issue has been continuously ignored, and received no refund, return or help with the matter after over two weeks of back/forth.

Ordered a product with 3-5 days delivery over 2 weeks ago- nothing has arrived. Tracking information useless, emailed customer service twice but had no response. Do not deal with this company

I’m still waiting for my package and just recently read the reviews posted (wish I saw that before purchasing) I was just wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to get my money back? Or is that beyond recovery now?

Delivery timeline when ordering was stated to be 3-7 days. After 7 days I emailed customer support twice to ask when I’d receive my item and received no reply to either. Tracking was useless. Received the item ordered with no email confirming dispatch and several days after I emailed to cancel the order (also ignored evidently). Very poor service.

Avoid. Mine held charge for less than 5 hours and then wouldn’t charge at all. Won’t even stay on if plugged into the wall. Overpriced as you can find on Amazon for about £15.

Item never arrived. Lengthy email chain with company without success - they just say it has been delivered and to check with a neighbour, providing a tracking number that is not valid. Also cheaper products on Amazon anyway that look the same.

The item was returned to them due to an incorrect address. I bought the item through Apple Pay which already has my shipping and billing address stored. They must have had to either deliberately put the wrong zip code or they've made a mistake, both are not acceptable. I'm waiting for a response from them but I don't have faith they will follow through after reading others' reviews.

Don't order from them, your product will never arrive and there is no recourse I have had to contact my bank to ask them to cancel the payment. I placed my order on 25th October . . . still nothing!

Don't order from them if you're planning a camping trip within 2 weeks. Express shipping stated it was getting delivered within 3-7 days, but it took 12 days to recieve it. Customer service is poor, seems like they delay the responses and ask follow up questions to make you want to just say forget it. They provided me a return shipping address, but after repackaging it and labeling it, UPS stated that the address they provided was non existent and that they gave me a PO box and an actual address, but I would be at risk if they used one instead of the other of the package just being lost. I contacted better camper and no response. Now it's past the 60 day return and I'm stuck with these lights that I didn't even get to use. Reading the comments, seems like they're trash .

Product took 6 weeks to arrive and only after I chased it multiple times. Each time I chased it up, the AI bot kept asking for the same details over and over. The light came eventually but I had to buy another one on Amazon as it was a birthday present for a friend. The better camper one is no better, perhaps worse. I’m going to stick with Amazon in future!

Terrible customer support.
When I ordered the item it said it would be delivered in 3-7 days, just in time for a camping trip.
After 2 weeks the delivery status was updated to delivered even though I am yet to receive the item. The tracking does not have any useful information and customer support have just sent me the same useless message asking me to check at my local post office.

Ordered 2 of these, charged them both up and put them on at the same time. 1 lasted well but 1 didn't. Looks like 1 doesn't fully charge to 100%. I raised the issue but the Chinese customer service is terrible. They asked for video proof, which I provided. They went quiet on me so I chased them, they reset the process by claiming they're sorry I didn't receive my item and sent me a tracking number. I highlighted that isn't the issue we're discussing and they asked for video proof again. Even though all of this is in 1 email chain. Very very poor. Order #15107.

Cheap and poor quality product. Took 2 weeks to arrive from China. Really disappointed at the quality - this is clearly a company using social media to hype up a product at vastly inflated price. I wanted to return this, as a UK customer, but they've only got a postal address in California. It'd cost £15 to return, so obviously not worth it. It's a total swindle - avoid!
