It’s been ten days since I ordered. Not shipped. No communication. I’ve sent them three emails. No response.

Appalling, non-existent customer service. I ordered 3 sets of fairy lights, they charged me £84 and have delivered nothing. No response to customer service queries - never order from this company.

SCAM - ordered product over two weeks ago and nothing delivered and order number is invalid.

ordered and never received, got a usps tracking number that doesn't track. no response from customer service. scam!

Purchased $75+ in camp lights and didn't even receive a confirmation email. Followed up after two weeks on their website to inquire - nothing. It's been a month since the purchase and still nothing. Fortunately I was able to quickly dispute the credit card transaction.

*Definitely* would avoid this business. Stay vigilant out there.

Scam! Ordered a small camping light. Got a “confirmation” email almost immediately.
The USPS shipping number was invalid.
Haven’t received any response to my three requests. Reporting them as fraud to my credit card company.

Such a scam! Bought a lamp as a gift then immediately found it wouldn’t charge. It’s been impossible to return, insisting I send a video (of what?!) I now notice that on their Shipping & Returns page, it says absolutely nothing about returns.

Can I give 0 stars? No response, no items delivered. Spend over $125 on this scam. So mad. Ordered 4 weeks ago... nothing.

Company is a complete scam. They don’t deserve any stars. They took my money. It’s been almost a month and I’ve not received my product nor are they responding to my calls. I’m contacting Better Business Bureau and my credit card Company.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered 5 camp lamps on Black Friday. I haven't received any items nor a response to my multiple emails. Called my bank, they said it's basically like you gave money to a stranger. Not much we can do.

Stay FAR away from this company!! I believe it is a complete scam. They take your money and send a confirmation email, and then they go dark - will not respond to repeated inquires about status update. Also sent an email to ask to cancel order - no response to that email either. Currently reporting them to my credit card company and seeking a full refund.

thebettercamper is a SCAM!!!! They send broken products in beat up packaging (so much for their 'quality check' they claim to perform) The tracking number I was given actually never updated. I paid $70 for two of these only to learn these are just dropshipped and can be bought on Amazon for $15 each-less than half the price.

Their website promises free returns but they WILL NOT respond to emails, they delete any bad reviews off their website, and delete any comments critiquing them from their social medias.
I bought Nov 13th and over a month later still have no resolution. I’m calling my bank to chargeback the money and highly encourage y'all to do the same- don’t let them get away with stealing from you.

Actually insane. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying something. The lowlifes who run this scam should be ashamed.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Placed an order, immediately asked to cancel it, got an email saying a team would be in touch, no response came. Product arrived have repeatedly emailed asking to return and refund and they have been totally unresponsive. Such a disappointment and I will continue to ask for a return and refund.

I ordered 2 of the string camper lights that were on sale from instagram. It eventually arrived, very bashed up and with only one in the parcel. I complained and they at first told me I only ordered 1, I sent a copy of my order through which clearly says 2, and now I just get the occasionally email when they can be bothered to respond to me saying they are looking into it. This was at the beginning of November - it is now nearly the end of December. Do not buy.

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews prior to ordering two lights through Instagram weeks ago. I received an email from them, which was extremely vague, asking me for my review of the product that I never received. The email included a link to view my order however the link to their website is invalid. They charged me $80 for the two lights. They won’t respond to my emails, Their website does not work. I keep getting error messages when clicking on the link stating security issues and phishing notifications. I am clearly not the only person who was fooled.

Terrible product and awful customer service. I received my order pretty quickly, which doesn't seem to be most people's experience. When we used the light, after fully charging it, it lasted less than half an hour before the battery ran out. Same thing happened a second time, so I emailed asking to return the product due to it not being up to standard. After nearly a week I received a reply, which was just a tracking number and stating that my order has been delivered.
Avoid these scammers.

They sent us 50 free lights to help with hurricane Helene relief. Didn't ask for anything in return. Guys seemed genuine and good hearted. I would bet some of these negative reviews are just a sign of a very busy holiday season. Thank you gentlemen!

Paid through Apple Pay. No email confirmation. Money deducted. No response to emails and nothing delivered.
Total scam don’t waste your money

I never received my lights. They kept baiting me saying it wasn't scanned at the facility and therefore we couldn't track the package. They never offered to send me a new package and when asked how to get my refund, never gave me the process. Still no package. Had to go through my bank to try to get my money back.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago. The money has been deducted from my account. No confirmation email. I’ve reached out on all platforms & posts. No response. No way to follow up
