Very Disappointing Experience — I Do Not Recommend Best Ticket Fairs

I had a very disappointing experience with Best Ticket Fairs, and based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company.

I purchased flight tickets, selected the exact date I needed to travel, and paid the full amount. After that, I waited several days but never received my e-tickets. I contacted the company by phone and email several times to ask for an update, and eventually they told me that the tickets I had paid for were no longer available.

I asked them to refund my money so that I could purchase another flight, but instead the situation was delayed for days. During that time, flight prices were increasing. They eventually offered me a different travel date, but that was not acceptable because I specifically needed to travel on the original date.

After a long and frustrating discussion, I was told that I would have to pay additional money. Because I urgently needed to travel to Vietnam, I felt I had no choice but to agree and pay the extra amount.

What made the situation even worse was the completely different and extremely inconvenient itinerary they gave me. Instead of the approximately 3-hour journey I had originally expected, my journey became:

Vietnam → Haikou, with a 10-hour layover → Changsha, with another 3-hour layover → London Heathrow, followed by a 13-hour flight.

This was an extremely long and exhausting journey, especially when travelling with three children. This was not the type of journey I had originally paid for or expected.

I feel that I was treated very unfairly throughout this whole process. The lack of communication, the delay in informing me that my original tickets were unavailable, the additional payment, and the major change to the itinerary left me extremely disappointed and feeling misled. Base on my personal experience, I do not recommend Best Ticket Fairs. Please be very careful and make sure you fully understand your booking and itinerary before paying.

My experience with SKY TRAVEL POD LTD (operating as TheBestTicketFares) has been extremely disappointing.
On 7 July 2026 at 10:30 pm, I purchased three return flight tickets through this company. After taking payment, I was contacted and informed that the tickets did not include baggage. We decided to proceed without baggage.
The following day, I was contacted again and was offered a full refund for cancelling. We agreed to the cancellation, and I received a confirmation email on 11 July 2026 confirming that a full refund would be issued.
Since then, I have not received the refund. On multiple occasions, I have contacted the company and was repeatedly told that the money would be back in my account "tomorrow", but the refund has still not been received.
What concerns me most is that the proof of refund provided by the company appears to show a refund date and time that was before the tickets were cancelled and even before the original purchase was made.
The tickets were purchased on 7 July 2026, yet the document provided as evidence of the refund appears to have been issued several hours before the booking took place. This raises serious questions about the accuracy and validity of the documentation provided.
Due to the ongoing delay and lack of resolution, I have raised concerns with the relevant UK authorities and am continuing to pursue the matter with the company and its director (XXXXXXX)
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and carefully research this company before making any booking. My experience has resulted in significant frustration, ongoing delays, and money that has still not been returned.

Whilst I was a little nervous given the previous reviews, I cannot thank Emily enough for making my trip to Abu Dhabi from Manchester. She is highly professional, extremrly knowledgeable with an obvious passion for customer care/experience. I cannot recommrnd her enough and will definately be using this lady again. I normally do not take the time to leave bad reviews about businesses, but I feel strongly that other travelers need to know about our experience with Best Ticket Fare.

My mother’s flight was cancelled yesterday due to weather conditions. Because the cancellation was weather-related, she had to return home and contact Best Ticket Fare to have her flight rebooked for a later date.

The original tickets cost us over $600. When we called to rebook, we were initially told we would have to pay almost half of what we had already paid. A “supervisor” eventually got on the phone and said they could settle it for approximately $302.

We were in the process of completing the transaction when my mother’s phone died. As soon as her phone was charged, approximately 30 minutes later, she called back. We were then told that they could not complete the transaction at that time and that someone would call us back within 12 hours…Nobody called!

When WE called back, we were suddenly told that the amount was now over $700. I asked why we were being quoted more than twice the amount we had just been told to pay, especially when we had been instructed that someone would call us back within 12 hours. The response was essentially, “That’s the price.”This is completely unacceptable!

I understand that airline fares and rebooking fees can change, and I understand that weather cancellations can create complicated situations. What I do NOT understand is quoting a customer one amount, failing to follow up as promised, and then telling the customer they now have to pay hundreds more when they call back.

When I told the representative that I would dispute the charge with my bank and report my experience to the Better Business Bureau, his response was essentially that I could go ahead…So I am.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. A cheap fare is not worth it if you end up dealing with this kind of customer service and unpredictable pricing when something goes wrong.

I am posting this because I would hate for another person especially an older travelerto be put through the same situation.Save yourself the headache. Book directly with the airline whenever possible!!!!!!

Don’t even deserved to have 1 star. You should be band advertising and you scammers should face sentence.
You are trying to be helpful but you fooled people with their hard earned money.
After we were told that our flight was cancelled we immediately book another flight and found this cheapest flight at best ticket fares. When I had about to pay, I then received a call from an agent trying to help me with the payment. Then I said it’s okay, I can do it and I’m already on it. Then she said if there’s a problem then I will send a link to your email.
When processing payment, my card decline the payment. So contacted bank and confirmed that it was me who made the payment.
So tried it again and the same thing happened.
I tried once more using the link that was sent on the email and there my card has been blocked.
Contacted the bank again and asked why it got blocked. The bank was very helpful, he explained why my card was blocked it is because every time payment was initiated they were trying to take the payment twice. So the all in all the payment transaction that was recorded in my bank statement was 12 times even though I only tried to attempt making payment 3 times.
This is a scam website. Please do not use and give get fooled of them being helpful to you.

😔They said the flight was cancelled and they booked a ticket me with three kids to stay all night on Copenhagen. I said give me my money back to book other ticket,but they said we can’t give you all the money.They said they will take £400 from my money.Ik very upset this thing never happened before 😔

This website is a scam and a fake ticket seller. I strongly recommend that you do not buy tickets from this site. We paid for our tickets, but we have not received either the tickets or a refund. They keep making us wait. The staff are dishonest and unhelpful. Every time we contact them, they give us a different story, refer us to someone else, and keep delaying from one day to the next, wasting our time. Their customer service is dishonest, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Even though I initially booked the tickets for much lower price there was some mixup with the price shown in the website. Neo helped me out to book tickets afterwards. And Emily followed up afterwards to make sure I got everything.

I’d like to share my experience with booking an airline ticket online through a third-party website. I usually use this same site without any issues, so I went ahead and purchased our tickets for a round trip. This time, after the payment was successfully processed and the amount was charged, I later received a call saying that the return tickets I had booked were not available. I was honestly concerned and disappointed, but the agent (Bali) who assisted me handled the situation well and managed to book us onto another airline with only a little extra cost, keeping our plans intact.

What made the experience truly positive was "Sana" at the customer services, her support and follow-up, was very helpful, sana was polite, and patient throughout the process. After the booking was sorted, she continued to check in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was also very considerate and took the time to help with the online boarding passes, which made the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful. Sana’s professionalism, attentiveness, and kind approach made a big difference and genuinely made everything worthwhile.
