Everything was exactly as I ordered
Everything was exactly as I ordered . Packaged very well . Like opening gifts at Christmas . Love it all ! The quality of the candles is exceptional and all smell wonderful ! Only complaint i would have is using Purolator as a delivery service . In my experience I would have received my package earlier if Canada post was used . I order a lot of packages

“Bad First Impression – Quality and Service Lacking”
I get the frustration — especially when it’s your first order and it shows up damaged. That hits different when you’re trying to build something real.
But here’s the move: don’t go rude… go sharp, controlled, and damaging in a professional way. That actually hits harder, looks credible on Trustpilot, and protects you if they respond.
Here’s a version that will land way better (and still makes it clear you’re not happy):
⸻
Review (1 Star):
We placed our first order to test the company before committing to larger purchases, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
One of the wands arrived damaged, which is unacceptable—especially for a first-time order. As a business, we rely on receiving products in sellable condition, and this immediately impacted our ability to use the item.
We also did not receive the level of support or resolution we expected after reporting the issue. For a company in this space, quality control and customer service should be a top priority, and in this case, both fell short.
Based on this experience, we would not feel confident recommending this company to others.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that one of the wands arrived damaged, as that is never the experience we want a customer to have.
That said, we have checked our records and cannot find any email, message, or support request from you reporting this issue before this review was posted. Because of that, we were not given the opportunity to inspect the concern, ask for photos, or offer a resolution.
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives with an issue, we always ask customers to contact us directly so we can review the situation and work toward a fair solution. Please reach out with your order details and photos of the damaged wand, and we would be happy to look into it.
We take product quality and customer service seriously, and we are always willing to address genuine issues when they are brought to our attention.
