I received an excellent service regarding my order which I placed on Sunday.
The picture was well packaged and the communication has been good from both Artist's Quarter and FedEx. It left their premises Wednesday and delivered the next day.
I can't wait to hang "Dottie" on my wall.

I ordered a champagne cooler for my partner's 30th birthday, and a week later there still had been no dispatch notification. It took me to message the chat and then them all day to find out that the item was in fact no longer in stock. With only a week to go until the birthday and the planned item needing engraving, this has left me £230 down waiting for a (I assume!!!) refund and I've had to find something else.

They have been very apologetic, but I am most curious as to when I would have been told the item wasn't in stock....?

I bought two beautiful hand finished prints. They arrived quickly extremely well packaged and the prints and frames are beautifully. Very good value I will buy again.

I absolutely LOVE our new vibrant tropical cushions. The colours are fabulous but the fabric feels very luxurious, like velvet. Very pleased.

Ordered a large framed print of Spitfire By B.A.F. Clarke on 10.3.24. Emailed them enquiring if it would be sent out before Easter weekend, no reply.
Messaged the company via Facebook messenger, no reply. Messaged via website chat, no reply. Rang twice awaiting a call back & again no reply.
Finally got an answer on the 3rd that my purchase hadn’t even been sent and would probably arrive the week after Easter which would have missed the occasion the present was for and far exceeded the process & delivery times stated on their site.
Running a business myself for 30+ years I understand that problems can arise from time to time but just ignoring messages & contact from buyers gives them no faith in your business.
1 star given because my refund was fairly prompt otherwise I would like to give a 0.

Ordered a Sabrina Roscino canvas on 20th March online, expecting it to take up to 14 working days to be delivered. What a wonderful surprise for it to be delivered on the 25th March. We couldn't have asked for a better service. The Artist Quarter is very competitively priced and we would use them again and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased some artwork from the artist quarter. I have been extremely happy with the service I received. The item was exactly as described, it arrived in the time frame stated and was very well packaged! I would happily use them again!
