Order recieve within time, good service and good product, thank you!

Ordered some limbs on May 9th, was told 5 -10 days to get them shipped. I chased them several times was always told they are on their way, Cancelled the order on 17th June when I realised they were constantly telling lies. Today is 3rd July and still no refund. Really poor service, I will never use them again even if I do eventually get a refund.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely shocking service, order still not received after almost 9 weeks. Told was being re shipped tomorrow after the apparent first package never arrived. They said it would be re shipped last Wednesday & be with us today (Monday) at the latest. When it didn’t arrive I Called them(again) to be told they were getting it in tomorrow(Tuesday) , Asked for a refund instead. Stopped responding to emails. Item was showing as in stock when I ordered on the 4th may. If you actually want the item you’re ordering, shop elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Order supposedly despatched but never arrived. They ingnored my numerous emails and didn’t answer their phone. Raised a dispute with PayPal and hey presto The Archery Shop got in touch offering me a refund!

Ordering online is easy, but after that point everything is made significantly hard by the shop. Still waiting on compound bows that are now weeks past the deadline. When emailing the shop they simply lie to you that they are posted and on the way, only to be told the next week that they don't even have the items yet and are awaiting shipment from their partners on Europe mainland. Very dishonest and untrustworthy business, will not use again.Avoid at all cost.

Before covid, this company was excellent. However, times have changed and, sadly, the business has become a total shambles. Used them a few times recently, but on each occasion, they let me down. Won’t be going back

Online ordering said arrows in stock but after chasing order only arrived in shop from abroad 2 weeks later. Still waiting for them 2 weeks on from then.

Ordered an item that was listed as in stock on 25 May; chased last week having left slightly longer than 5 working days quoted on their website and having heard nothing. No response to my email but the next day I got a despatch confirmation and it has just arrived today almost 3 weeks after ordering. I think you have to chase to get an item despatched. Probably won't use them again.

Ordered available stock on 1st April part order shipped to me 11th May rest of order is on backorder from Suppliers, now 9th of June still waiting!!
If I had Known the items where not in stock in the shop I would have gone elsewhere Stop using Available when you haven't got Item in, Its either in stock or it isn't!!

Second time I have had to cancel an order due to them phoning me and telling me the items are not in stock. I then have to chase for four weeks or more to get my refund. Disgusted that anyone runs a business in this manner. You are advised that they also inflate prices. Avoid and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience, got the confirmation email that not everyone does.
My order arrived within a week, would not hesitate to order from here again.

Made an order on the 05/04/2023 of a target stand a straw boss and some paper targets. The order was for a birthday present on the 26th... It took 2 weeks to be marked as shipped and only the paper targets arrived.
I chased up by email and a week later I received the wooden stand but as of 08/06/23
Over 2 months after making the order i still haven't received the target boss wilhichnis valued over £80.

The company has poor communication and are uninterested in dealing with the issue my emails are met with "we will look into it" and then I won't hear any more until I email again.

Today they have told me that they believed I had already received it.

I chose to order several items from the archery shop as they were listed in stock, and needed them before a competition 2 weeks later. Thought 2 weeks was adequate time to receive something off a shelf... I was mistaken, as it was on the shelf and in stock with the distributor, NOT TheArcheryShop.

Please can you stop with the blatant deceit and update your website to reflect what is actually in stock, and what is with a distributor and then again with estimated manufacturing times. I'm not the only person to fall victim to this, and I doubt I'll be the last. I can also gather your customer service staff are getting very fed up with calls from customers asking where their orders are!

Ordered spare limbs five weeks ago still not arrived . Called the shop every week only to be given different stories/ excuses along with promises of arrival the following week ! Would not recommend the retailer and will not use them again

Very misleading company, they advertise items in stock when they are not.
After shopping around i am guessing they artificially inflate their prices to offer big sale discounts to trick you into thinking you have got a good deal.
All around a very dodgy way of operating!

Never answer emails.They said items are available 9th of may 2 day delivery. It's now 1st June still not received items and not answered emails.

As per all other one star reviews the customer service is abysmal. Available does not mean in stock and nowhere is that made clear. Communication is non existent, I think their communication policy can be summed up "head in the sand". If they can supply and they look good they respond otherwise they ignore. Absolutely terrible customer service.
