DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Messed me around for months, now having to use small claims court to get my money back.

Well after making an online purchase, then reading all the terrible reviews, I didn't think I'd be writing this. But, fair service in terms of delivery. Ordered on the 10th (Sunday), delivered on the 19th. Communication sucks, so don't expect any replies to your emails, but maybe not quite as bad as they're made out to be...this time anyway.

Do not buy from the Archery Shop, service is appalling. The Archery Shop website promises despatch for "in stock" items within 2 to 5 days, I ordered two "in stock" items , 16 days later not even despatched, despite still showing as "in stock". I contacted them to be told it would be another 5-7 days before despatch and they were sorry, their system has problems - really!!. I cancelled the order and got a refund. I then immediately placed an order for same items from Merlin Archery on Friday and received them 3 days later on Monday

Store that acts as a prepayment broker / dropshipper.
The website does not correctly show stock availability. After ordering and paying, if it is not on the shop floor, they will not confirm back order and instead order from their supplier in Europe. Fails to update their customers about missing stock and does not give realistic or accurate delivery times. Only replies with "delivery next week likely". 26 days later and still have no estimated delivery date.

If you have to use this company, shop in store only or call ahead to check actual stock.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PART WITH MONEY TO THIS COMPANY; unless you want disappointment and sleepless nights.
I have been led a merry dance of:
Unrealistic deadlines?
Lies?
Prevarication?
I have now begun proceeding to try to reclaim my money.
I will never use the store again and will inform all of my archery family of this experience.

Stay away from these Im genuinely stunned I did read the reviews and thought people got salty over having to wait weeks for the product but ….. what a shambles you are lied to start to finish the women on the phone just repeats yes to everything and tells you what you want to hear and lies though her teeth… I had to wait days to receive my receipt paid for the delivery for then not to show I rang then was told the delivery was coming to me Thursday … Thursday came I rang told maybe before the weekend I rang after the weekend was told there was issues with the supplier 2 weeks later I ring get told be with me by the Monday a month a passes i get a call “ sorry the crossbow you ordered should of been £300 soo now we’re gonna honour the £30 as I paid £270 and I even offered to pay the extra £30 but they insisted the least they could do then 2-3 weeks later still nothing soo I phoned 2-3 days straight no answer eventually the same women who’s made her self look like a fool obliviously leing to me the whole month and half had the Audacity to lie to me yet again when I asked to cancel the order and get a refund I even made her promise me cause I know I’m just gonna be point blank lied to me again it was beyond the joke when I asked for the receipt for refund and proof of Cancellation she said yes and to my amazment no email and still haven’t and it’s been 2 weeks again soo I’ve went to the bank and gone through that route to get my money back what a freak show of a business honestly if you want to experience a joke service and have constant lies told to you and you’re time wasted to running about getting you’re own money back then use there Diabolical services now having to wait up 4 weeks now for the bank to get my money back in total that be 3 months that money has been out of my account …… i haven’t rang them back since beacuse being lied to taking upto 2 months now still no product now wait another month probs for the bank to reburst me just complete shambles of company ruthless in Organisation and false advertisement.

Terrible service and they lie about stock levels. 2 months since ordering items advertised as in stock and I'm still waiting. No answer to e-mails, I'm on the verge of starting credit card formalities to get money back. Avoid this appalling company.

I ordered goods from this store in April but by August they had not arrived. I was constantly told that the goods were "in transit" and would be with me in 2-3 weeks and then that they would be delivered by a series of specific dates. Then there was a problem with staff shortages (although why that would impact on goods in transit is somewhat unclear). Needless to say, the goods never arrived by the promised dates and there was always an excuse when asked. There were no emails provided by the company about the status of the order unless they were in response to an email that I sent asking where the goods were. Even then, they were slow in responding or did not bother replying at all. I had previously used this company in the past and they have always been slow. However, this is a new level of poor performance and I would certainly not be using them again. I have requested that the money be returned with immediate effect but have not received a response and so will have to take a formal route to recovering the funds. Whilst you may also see some positive reviews for this company posted here I, for one, will never use them again.

Placed order over a month ago for items all in stock, then informed they were not in stock and going to be late. Chased and we’re told delivery last week but never happened. No replies from email and asked if money back.

Wouldn't trust this company... Placed an order and then read the reviews saying that you won't get your products after a very long time. I emailed for a refund and got no response so messaged them on Facebook and managed to cancel the order, to then be told my refund will take 7-10 days to reach my account.... Total scam from a badly run business. Please don't trust them with your money and go to Quicks instead.

Still waiting for an order to even be posted out to me. Items were stated as being in stock, clearly NOT. Avoid this so called trader, hopeless.

Very impressed with the way they dealt with my order - placed on Wednesday to receive it on Saturday (two days before scheduled delivery).. fu...ng impressive!. The item itself brand new nicely packed at very good price!. Really recommend them.... they are really improving , worth to give it a try. What you need to do before you place your order to avoid any disappointment is to email them first to get a confirmation that the item is available to ship right away. They struggle to pick up the phone but reply to your email very quickly. The two emails are

Absolutely appalling service constant excuses (when they reply) for an outstanding item of an order placed and paid for 2 months ago. Still not got it, order from them at your peril.

This is my go to retailer for archery equipment and consumables. I find their prices to be reasonable backed up with prompt service and good communication.

Wish Id read the reviews before using this shop. They are LIARS. Do not respond to the phone or emails. The phone is hardly answered (or as I found out both my mobile and landline blocked by them) and just get a standard response of it will be with you in a few days. I don't know what system they are using but my in stock items never arrived (no tracking available) after saying they'd been sent twice absolute joke of a shop and now having to pursue with my bank to get the money back. These people need to be shut down or just get rid of their website if they can't manage it properly. The bad reviews are true.

Shocking - did not delivery, would not answer the phone or respond to email. 3 months later still waiting the goods. Bank have been contacted. Trying to call and they are hanging up on me constantly. Finally answered on the 20th attempt

Can't understand why this company has so many 1 star ratings. I've used them on multiple occasions and had nothing but good service.
