I’ve made order for few liquids however they not arrived as customs wasn’t filled correctly. And item has been returned to sender.

I asked for refund twice without any answers. Be aware that they might send you order but when the problem occurs u can forget about any refund.

Amazing company, it's the only one where I can get 30ml bottles, and if there is something out of order but you don't know, then they personally phone you like I found out today ( 19/02/24 ), there is a shipping fee unless you spend £30 then it's free, will only buy from this company in future

The Alchemist Cupboard does not appear to comply with UK GDPR requirements.

There is no easy was to delete ones own account, or to request details of all private information held.
There is also no unsubscribe link on any of their marketing e-mails or SMS / text messaging notifications.

This company does not appear to be Data Safe or UK GDPR compliant. Hence the user is not in full control of their own data, which is concerning.

I received wrong item, I tried to sort out peaceful way, didn't claimed for refund, but they just ignored it.

Fast delievery & high quality items. Orders are dispatched fast and packed neatly.

These guys are brilliant both on delivery and informative knowledge of product I will be using them again and again

Item never arrived and did not refund, they did initially reply, I asked for refund as they're reply was wait another week, for 2 tiny bottles of flavouring, after paying for tracked delivery.

They're going under, ignore their replies appeasing this message, these people selectively decide who they're going to provide a service for, either that or they're doing it to everyone and the score is artificially high.

There's a small chance you'll get your delivery, go elsewhere.

Ordered my E liquid on Friday , got a call from alchemist’s cupboard to apologize that one of my products was out of stock , offered a replacement or they said they could get the product Zeus berry juice by Tuesday and send it out to me . My order arrived Wednesday morning at 9am and even without steeping the Zeus e juice smells awesome so now waiting for 3 day steeping to taste it . Just wanted to say if you want quality E liquid at great prices that you can mix to your personal preference this is the company for you , they go the extra yard and deliver above and beyond expectations

I ordered 2 30ml strawberry ripe concentrates and bought 24 hours tracked on saturday 10th of june it is now monday 12th of june and it is saying my order is completed but i havent received to postal.

Good website, great prices and quick delivery. Large quantity ordered and everything arrived in-tact and sealed. Huge variety of flavour concentrates from plenty of manufacturers.

Experienced issues with voucher codes unfortunately. Website advertises 10% off first order but the code doesn't work. When adding a different code it took the price below the free delivery threshold making it cost more with the voucher.

Would still shop here again.

orderd 30ml bottle got 3 10 ml bottles 3 bottles not even 20ml in them needed 30ml for my mix so feel really conned
