Not to be trusted
Didn't have what I ordered, sent a different variant which I reluctantly agreed to as I've had them before and they've all developed a fault but I thought I'd give them another go. Both items were faulty out of the box. I emailed as soon as I'd tested the vapes and got an almost immediate response at 9pm Friday evening asking for videos of the faults which I sent the following day. I've since been ignored on email, ignored on the phone, ignored on WhatsApp and ignored on text messaging when I should have had a full refund. They've stolen my money. Don't waste your time or money being ripped off by these scammers. Not to be trusted.

I don't know how this firm survives I bought some vape coils allegedly for Aspire K3 what arrived was nothing like a coil for K3 I emailed and told them so I and received no reply I emailed with a photograph of the K3 coil and the coil they sent I ask them what they were going to do about it and they did not reply what a shambles of a firm stair clear
This time wasn't good
I have bought from this company a few times & other than once when delivery was a bit slow haven't had a problem. This time I ordered Sunday & the payment page said my payment couldn't be verified however the money has left my account. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them to resolve this. Leaving more than one whats app message & trying to call them on whats app & I have also left a message on their website chat & have heard nothing. Looks like I'll have to raise a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back.

I was apprehensive at first ordering…
I was apprehensive at first ordering from here after reading a few reviews, but the vape I wanted (BP80) was a really good price from here so I risked it, I was contacted by telephone to say the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock and would I like a different colour, to be honest I wasn’t bothered about the colour I just wanted this particular vape, it came 2 days later and packaged well, I will definitely use this company again, thanks 5* review from me :)

Great! Until there’s an issue
Great company until you have issues with the products. Used them for about a year but cannot recommend due to the most recent issue.
Placed an £100+ order, that should have lasted me 3 months. All the vapes were faulty and they only lasted 1 month. Obviously this is a manufacturing issue and not a reflection of the company. However, their reluctance to respond and resolve customer issues does reflect very poorly on the company.
I initially contacted them after using the first device which was the worst of the shipment. I sent video proof of the fault and asked for a refund, they asked me if I could return the item which I agreed to on the basis they covered postage. Whoever I spoke with said they would get back to me as they weren’t authorised to approve this. Nobody responded for a week until I got back in contact myself, where I was then told the employee dealing with my query had left. I was refunded for the vape.
I then contacted them again about the rest of the order a month after receiving it. I sent a polite message explaining the vapes were all faulty, asking for a refund, store credit or a discount code of equating to 50% of my order - with the intention of ordering from them again.
2 days later I messaged to no avail and 3 days later I called after not hearing a response, they failed to get back to me as they promised on the phone. They only got back to me a week after I initially called and gave them an earful down the phone.
It shouldn’t have had to get to that point and I shouldn’t have to fight that hard to get a refund when proof has been provided. They did refund me in the end and once again claimed that the lack of response was due to a member of staff leaving 🙃 in addition, on the order before this I paid for next day delivery and it was not shipped until two days later! I let this slide at the time as they had been good up until that point.
1* for the good service until the last order, 1* for the refund, -1* for the lying, -1* subpar customer service and -1* for not posting the next day when that’s what I paid for.
Absolutely amazing company
Absolutely amazing company! Every order is dispatched quickly & always right :) When Royal Mail "lost" some of my items, Wolfvapes immediately sorted it :) I don't order from anywhere else!
Short dated item, no offer to exchange
Took 7 days to despatch the items. When received, 1 bottle of e liquid had 3 weeks until it expired and was covered in dust.
Emailed them to ask why I had received a short dated item that had obviously been sat on a shelf for so long and only had 3 weeks life on it.
The reply was, we are just re-sellers (no excuse), there was 4 weeks until the expiry date when we packaged it.
I asked why they thought that was acceptable and where in their T&C’s it stated that they would send out products with only 4 weeks life left in them.
No response 🙄

The swift delivery
The swift delivery, competitive pricing, and extensive selection are truly commendable. Its popularity might simply be limited by its current lack of widespread awareness. The prices are significantly lower than those at my local vape shops, making it an obvious choice.
