Good price, not too bad website to negotiate

Easy to navigate the website and buy the insurance, which was a very competitive price.
However, setting up my account was not so easy. I had to request the verification code at least four times before it eventually came through which I found very frustrating and time consuming. Sending a message via the chat option did not answer my question.

Gareth was very helpful and knowledgeable which made us feel at ease no pressure salesmanship.

I called the AA regarding insurance for a new vehicle, as it was not possible online due to the registration not being complete, so no registration number showing on the DVLA site. The AA representative was efficient and courteous.

Problem with my proof of no claims. Rec'd docs the day before my holiday. Then got a text saying proof of no claims not accepted (a simple admin error by AA I believe) . First day of my holiday and I've spent the last hour trying to talk to someone. I've been cut off 11 times. This is too complicated for a chatbot hence my annoyance at being cut off rather than connected with someone.

It was quick and relatively easy to do. Then the application is also great it allows me to view all my documents and get assistance if I have a breakdown
