Hi Brenda, the password to open your docs is your date of birth followed by your postcode. For example, if you were born on 1st July 1982 and your postcode is RG21 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg214ae. This info was included alongside the document link

I've just got car insurance from you,and can't access my account! I had a policy a few years ago,but then cancelled it. Now I've renewed and can't get into my policy. Not very happy.

A real person answered my query and was helpful I was unable to find a way to ask for…
I was unable to find a way to ask for advice from my old insurer however I spoke to a lovely lady with the AA who not only answered my queries but also pointed out I had asked for breakdown cover for a new car which I did not need. I now have AA cover and felt relaxed that everything with my new policy was correct.

The insurance quote was very good
The insurance quote was very good, the excess was a bit steep but then you also do cover. You can pay to have one accident and have the excess paid. Surely if you slightly messed around with the quote you could do the same thing and not charge the extra as an add-on, if you wish to take out the extra cover
Otherwise, I have no concerned about the insurance. It looks very good.
