Easy to complete forms. Lots of things included as standard.. Good price.
Only 4 stars because I had to have a webchat to clarify personal possessions outside of the home and specified items - it wasn't completely clear.
But I'm happy. It was half the price of my last insurers renewal price.

I have been waiting at the main roundabout for the last 5 hours, but no one has arrived and I have not been able to reach anyone by phone.
One van service told me they would charge £250 for a tyre change. However, I am not asking for a tyre change. I simply need my car to be transported to my home.
Very bad service. I am disappointed to this service.

A bit early to ask for a review
We went on line to get a quote for House insurance for our new home, that has not completed yet & therefore have not moved into. Your quote covered all bases that we wanted so we bought it. No problems. We trust the well known name of The AA. The price was a bit steep but probably worth it. Trouble is, you do not know how good they are until you make a claim. (Hopefully never)

I explained to the girl what I wanted and she did just that. it was nice to talk to some one that understood what I wanted, other companies did not comprehend. so we insured with AA. hope the same applies when we renew.

what a waste of time.
I am very disappointed with this insurer. I tried to insure my car with them several times. Each time the final amount to pay was significantly higher than the quote. What a waist of time! Whoever is responsible for regulating the industry should look into this practice.
