Going that Extra mile
The engineer turned up exactly when it was scheduled. There was an issue with the air filter not arriving on time; however, he said he was happy to pop along on Saturday morning and fit it. As it turned out, it did arrive, and he went to collect it, which allowed him to finish the job. Unlike some providers, where you had to leave your car all day. He did the major service outside my front door, and I had my car back by midday. Excellent service

Easy to book. The garage was convenient, friendly and finished to job in a few hours. Called me up to pick up the car and off I went. I couldn’t haven been easier. I would recommend the service and the garage.

The mechanic Shelley was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend 💯 she was knowledgeable and easy to deal with will definitely use the AA AGAIN with faults in my car and servicing very reliable pity the phone service took 15 mins being passed around on different phone calls before actually booking this, the guy who came out to a breakdown actually told me about this service

unprofessional service form the mechanic
the mechanic did not call me in the morning as he was supposed to do, he did not call before 16:30 and arrive two hours late despite me calling the AA customer service in the afternoon.
The quality of the oil is questionable( I asked for a manufacturers recommended oil brand) and I suspect she did not do the 42 point checks as he should've done.
I will never used them again, will use RAC as I have used them before.

The process of booking was easy. Having the work carried out at home was stress free.
The mechanic, Wallace, arrived at the time stated and was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
First time I have used this mobile service and will definitely be using in the future.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Booking process was straightforward. Car was collected from home, service and MOT carried out and car returned home the same day. Competitive pricing. All in all a great experience.

Had Steve back to service our Volvo…
Had Steve back to service our Volvo after I was so pleased with his work on our motorhome. Another magnificent job done. Very thorough, and took great care. Checked absolutely everything and reset the service lights. Outstanding value for money and literally about a third of the cost that Volvo dealerships wanted!

A great service from the AA
A great service from the AA. Around £20 cheaper than most mot services around my area. An easy process too. The only thing I found was if my car failed it’s mot bcos I had booked it via this service if any works needed doing it could take a few days but other than that I was a nice local garage with polite staff and thankfully my car passed its mot

Excellent service
Excellent service. Easy to booking appointment. Emails reminding me of the appointment and when the mechanic was going to arrive on the day. Very pleasant mechanic who explained what he was going to do and inspected the rear pads and disc for wear. Completed in two hours on my drive without the hassle of going to a garage and at what I thought was a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
