They listened and gave me advice on how to proceed and what I found most satisfying is the person I dealt with actually cared and I wasn’t talking to a machine not really interested in any monies but just want to be able to get help I’m looking for and not being lied to I’ve done everything possible to get some help but not forthcoming from anyone apart from today talking to you…

The chap I spoke to enitially was…
The chap I spoke to enitially was brilliant he was very empathetic which is something I've not been hearing alot of whilst trying to find a Medical Negligance Solicitor so I must say that did give me a bit of a boost, and ive been put through to a company in my area so we shall see where it takes me, but 10/10 for his customer service.

This was awful- made me stay on the phone for ages, helped me and told me that I’ll hear back from them as I have enough evidence for a case and then they never got back to me. This happened twice!
