Filled out a form and received a call with straightforward advice and a compassionate human. I was asked many questions relating to my condition and am now awaiting a further call. So far all I can say is the lady on the phone was nice. caring and compassionate which is reassuring in these situations. Customer service was excellent

Their mails kept landing in my junk folder, then they told me as I was not replying after my wife had just died, they were dropping the case.

They are just a company that phones…
They are just a company that phones other solicitors to ask if they will deal with cases.
Not sure why they are called Medical negligence specialist as they have no actual specialist.
They ring the specialist to deal with our case and take massive amounts for this.
would not trust them or use again.
