They are just a company that phones…
They are just a company that phones other solicitors to ask if they will deal with cases.
Not sure why they are called Medical negligence specialist as they have no actual specialist.
They ring the specialist to deal with our case and take massive amounts for this.
would not trust them or use again.

Chap i talked to was great, put me onto a company, said if they were not interested then would find someone else, found a company, turns out my claim would not make them enough money, yet to be put onto someone else

Their rules are crazy meaning a loving…
Their rules are crazy meaning a loving caring NHS nurse ( worked on a covid ward all through out the crisis) because her diagnosis to passing was less than 6 months they will not look at her case even tho it’s not relevant in any way to all her mistreatment, So her mistreatment and death goes unrecognised in a court just because of their red tape that they set because of the possibility
of not making enough money out of it for them
All this means the neglect and mistreatment she suffered will carry on and in the future it will be you and your loved ones who will suffer because nothing has been done because of quick profiteering takes precedence
