The lady who I spoke to was extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. Everything was explained to me in great detail, and I was asked if I understood everything that was explained, and if not, that I could always have it repeated to me.. They went into great detail and asked me lots of questions that I felt were necessary and informative to my case.
