Someone who actually listens and and understood
The gentleman who I spoke with today was kind compassionate and more importantly actually understood why I am making this decision. I have already done some of the hard yards myself in getting someone to admit face to face they did not act appropriately and with integrity, so now I am happy to leave it in the hands of the professionals who can move forward. The gentleman who called me was lovely to speak with and was clear when discussing every part of the process moving forward
