We needed a product delivered next day pre-10:30, Sonya was really helpful at getting this sorted so quickly and efficiently. I am really happy with the service we have received from TFS and the item itself arrived an hour before expected!

I had originally left a review stating I hadn’t received my parcel. It turned out to be a courier issue, because they had tried to deliver and I wasn’t home, they didn’t leave a card, so I wasn’t aware.
Aaron was really helpful, he emailed me with details of what had gone wrong.
Thank you Aaron, you went the extra mile.

It's very fresh to have such good customer service, instead of a more common systematic approach from now a days. I have purchased a product from abroad and Aaron has been super quickly contacting me to help me with the delivery!
Will be shopping back here as far as I need a related product.

Great knowledge & expertise given by Emily, Emily recommended the closest option available of a discontinued gate lock.
If TFS can not help, it'd be a lost cause, I would highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and for the valuable feedback. We are currently working on an alternative shipping option to help reduce the price for lower-value items. As our average product cost is a lot higher and the majority of products are fragile, we use DPD tracked to ensure safe delivery of items, but we do appreciate that this can lead to high shipping costs for spares and small products, so are doing our best to address this.
