I ordered the wrong size shirts. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told by customer service this wasn't possible and that they could issue a refund instead. However, they are making me pay for the shipping costs to send the items to Singapore even though I am based in Hong Kong - the company is also registered in Hong Kong according to their email. So I have to pay $150 HKD to send the shirts back so I can get my money back, and then reorder the correct size from scratch. When I questioned this in an email I was completely ignored. And what's worse is NONE of this is stated on their website under the terms of service or returns policy. Not a positive customer experience at all.

The product itself is good, but support is really bad to respond to emails.

This is my 2nd time ordering from TexTale, and it's just getting better and better in terms of quality, i wanna share an experience happened with my 1st order, the order was shipped successfully to the local courier where i live, unfortunately the local courier lost the package, Textale replaced my order for free and they handled the shipment also for free, i couldn't ask for more, what a great service.

I ordered clothes, and TextTale cancelled the order, left the tracking status as "order in process" and did not process a refund until after I messaged them several weeks later.

If you order from them, please keep a record of the order, check in with them and use a card from a bank you trust that will back you up if you need to dispute the order.

It's a shame as the clothes look great, but after my experience, I wonder how many orders they cancel and keep the funds.

After talking with support, I was left with the impression that this is their policy.

I hope this is helpful and a shame as they have a good website and it would have been nice to order clothes. But please, before you order, consider the risk of your order being cancelled, not remembering to follow up and losing your money.

Their support team was able to make it right. Someone reached out shortly and provided me a shipping label to return the defected product. So far I am happy with their customer support. I was just advised that my replacement shirts have been shipped so hopefully the sizes will work out. Will write another review when I receive my replacements.

Love tshirts probably not great for me as very delicate material. Fit and feel awesome

Canceling my order and not sending money back

Order over 500 Usd has been cancelled but they keeping the funds…

I'm so satisfied with the purchase, thanks a lot. The best fabric and the water-resistant technology is a pure magic, absolutely love it! Can't wait to wear and test it outside..
Ordered Oreo 3-pack, BreatheWork Balance 4-Pack and Midnight Mischief (Relaxed Fit) 3-Pack with some additional free gifts. Due to the delivery issues with the local delivery company here in EU, received only Oreo and Midnight Mischief sets.
However, Customer Support was very customer-oriented and initiated the full refund for missing parts of the order. One of the best experiences, later will try to order something else :)

The snap buttons on their polos come off after a couple of weeks use. I made this complaint before but since it keeps happening with the shirts they sent, I will make the complaint again.

I’m impressed by the features and product. The shipping had some issues, and I needed this item for an upcoming trip. But the customer service team was super helpful. Will definitely buy more and recommend this brand to my friends and old man.

Great quality and very comfortable. I am size M, the polo shirt is pretty stretchy and a good fit in terms of the overall length and the shoulder width. I also like the way how collar looks.

Received my new shirts, and had one button that was faulty. I emailed their customer support, and quickly received a response indicating that they would be resending a new shirt at no cost. They could not have made the process any simpler and handled my issue like true professionals. I highly recommend TexTale and will be purchasing more items from them!

Excellent shirts to depend on for long term. I usually recommend textale to the coworkers and family.

I live in NJ, ordered on May 13th and received on 21st. It’s faster than I expected based on other reviews. Since I am the first time buyer and not sure about their size, I ordered both loose style tee and fit polo with L (based on their very detailed size recommendation questionnaires, both recommended L). It turned out that polo fits very well on shoulder, chest, and length, but the loose tee is really another story, too loose and too long. The tee is made of a thick high quality fabric, while the polo is high quality too but much much thinner. I love both of them, breathable and comfortable, the thinner one is in dark green so not see through, but I still wish I could know this difference while shopping.

Solid shirts, was updated throughout the process of when my item was shipped and when it would get delivered.

Shipping took a bit, but the quality of product is top notch. Nice thick, supple fabric. Fit is nice as well, a bit oversized, but that's the style these days.
