Really impressed with the quality of the products! I ordered a laptop sleeve and a few tops, and everything exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, the products are well made, and you can really tell there’s attention to detail.

Extremely disappointed with this company , placed and order for $179 10 days ago and the order is online as order received. I emailed last week for an update with no response . Their website says delivery within 3-6 days , this is NOT the case so I would urge anyone not to order from this company especially if you are in a hurry for your paid items .

Great T-shirts that are worth every penny. While they are on the pricier side, the quality and durability mean they actually last. I really love the fit and color options, but there are two main areas where they could improve:

Fabric Thickness: The material is quite thick, which isn't ideal for Hong Kong’s hot and humid weather. I make it work because I like the fit, but a lighter-weight fabric option would be a huge plus.

Return Policy: For a premium brand, requiring customers to pay for return shipping is disappointing. I’d love to try their relaxed-fit T-shirts, but I’m hesitant to order because if the sizing isn't quite right, I have to cover the return fees myself.

Overall, these are excellent quality shirts that last, but a lighter fabric option and hassle-free returns would make the shopping experience so much better

always easy to find, select and pay for the items

I placed an order on 6 July. According to the website, orders are processed within 2–3 business days, but as of 18 July my order still only shows “Order Received.”

I emailed customer support on 14 July to ask for an update and have received no response. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is disappointing.

At this stage, I’m simply looking for an update on my order or an explanation for the delay. I hope Textale responds and resolves this issue promptly, and I’ll happily update this review if they do.

Their team took care of the problem promptly. My replacement is already on its way, and I'm pleased with the service.

Fast ordered, great quality

Surprise design and quality of work.

The underwear is a thin material. The tee-shirt is water proof. Both are good for our climate with sun and rain.

I have purchased several times from TexTale and can honestly say that the majority of the products are as expected, excellent quality, and delivered promptly.
However, if you have a problem with your order, the customer service is basically non-existent. You must constantly chase and follow up in a vain attempt to find a resolution. Sadly, it simply feels like no one cares about the customer once an order has been made. Not the way to run a business if you want to be successful

Very easy to navigate site. My husband loves your shirts and asked me to order more.

It was a good experience. But I am still wondering why the limitation in colors for the Ts and polo-Ts.

Your add on Facebook caught my eye and the reason I purchased

I decided to try this brand based on their advertising and ordered a few items. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The T-shirts are very basic and comparable to what you can buy at M&S for £15–20. The fabric is quite heavy, not breathable, and not suitable for warmer weather. There is nothing particularly special about the quality, and in my experience, the durability is also questionable.

Customer service was another issue. Communication was poor, responses were slow or non-existent, and it took a significant amount of time to obtain a refund for items that were sent in the wrong size.

Overall, I don’t see any real value here. In my view, this is a heavily advertised product that does not justify its price. You can find similar or better quality items at a fraction of the cost from established retailers like M&S.

The discription is accurate. They preform as promised . The most comfortable trunks ever. Definitely going to purchase more
