non receipt of kit !
If this refers to the kit I purchased from Wowcher the company have never sent it to me and despite phone calls have ignored my request for a refund - I am assuming it’s the kit i ordered my husband is deceased why is his name there????

Jesse on the 24/7 chat is a star
I purchased 2 gold tests and when I received the email confirmation the link provided didn’t work. Also the login details provided didn’t work. However after chatting to Jesse on the live chat which is open 24/7, I was given the correct links and was given clear easy to follow instructions.
Will update once I’ve received test results.
Dropped 1 star due to the incorrect links.
