I have nice experience with testerkorea, I received my order faster than I expected and it came with few samples. So I'm happy and have nothing to complain.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER, DISASTROUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER EVER GOT A REPLY.... PAY WITH PAYPAL SO YOU GET A REFUND IN THIS KIND OF SCAMS!!!!!

My products came damaged due to poor packaging, I have try to contact them several times, sent around 5 reminders, and in more than 5 weeks nobody reached out to me to explain. A serum leaked all over the products and cannot be used, and a sunscreen from Misha arrived with mold, absolutely disgusting!
Additionally, I was also taxed as they changed the delivery method without informing me before. This was my second purchase, I did believe the store was serious. Well, they are not. I should've spent my money in a more trustworthy store like yesstyle.

NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

My order only took 7 days to arrive in the Netherlands, and that is amidst the Coronavirus!!!

Very large choice of product, at their real price. You can also ask for products you want. But the preparation time is very long, sometimes the products are out of stock but you don't know until you already ordered them. And they never offer shipping costs, in fact it just gets more expensive the more you buy.

The order arrived in 10 business days, but I was informed that it will take up to 7 working days for the products to be purchased from the suppliers as they do not keep stock.
But after all, the order arrived safely and they also gave me some good samples to test. I will definitely order again from tersterkorea!

Do not buy from this website, I placed my order 10 days ago, I still see the order is under processing and not shipped. Email them and write on the customer service board and no reply from the company, I think is a fake website and got cheated.

Bought from them and I was a little scared whether or not my stuff would arrive safely but it was all fine.

Bear in mind it DOES take a while if you're going to get a k-packet in comparison to DHL. I didn't mind waiting for too long as they don't overcharge for their items or have fake sales like some other websites I've had to deal with.

One piece of feedback I want to give to testerkorea is to have more detailed product descriptions. It does get a little tiring scouring the web for ingredients and how-to-use posts.

Definitely going to order again since the site is well-priced and based in Korea.

Beware - they take forever to ship (at least 2 weeks) because items are not in stock they only order them after taking the money from customers.
When I ordered a pair of contact lenses - on their website they clearly stated it’s for a pair so I ordered x2 pairs they only sent me one. When I contacted them they replied via email telling me their website listing was wrong and they have now rectified it (they changed their listing and all wordings.) and they are not going to refund me.
I opened PayPal dispute and thankfully got my money back.

Horrible - every time half of the items are sold out, although shows it as "in stock". Then they refund in "points", refusing to refund to original payment method, so I have to buy again and everything is sold out again - complete lack of customer service and so much hassle. Shipping is expensive. Will not order again, please avoid them if you can! Yesstyle was perfect service and arrived in a week.

They take so much Time for expédition of the parcel. Plus they write a mail After 2 week for tell "sorry WE dont have this product and this..." So why U sell it on your website ? And why U take it so long for inform us.

Once again, the wait time before the pack has even been sent out was terrible, about two weeks, but at least I got an apology. The range here is great for when you're looking for something you can't find much else, and they even let customers request items which I personally find very convenient.
