Imported some cosmetics which was either unavailable or ridiculously expensive in Europe/Germany so I tried to directly order them from S. Korea. Ordering and payment was easy with Paypal and 8 days after ordering the Fedex courier already delivered. There were no issues with customs. Will definitively buy there again in future.

I bought The History of Whoo Gongjinhyang Seol Radiant White Basic Trio Set on the "testerkorea". I'm so happy that I can buy a special set of 8 items with a 55% discount price. There were various korean cosmetic samples, so I was able to experience it before purchasing the original product.

They're legit! I got my peel off base and one kill remover and they sent it all to manchester and added some skincare gifts! Originally when I ordered I was issued the wrong tracking number bit once I brought it up with them on their help page they issued the right one within hours despite the timezone differences.

This is an amazing store! Why? 1) They find the item with the lowest price and buy it for you. 99% of the goods are always in stock, if the goods need to be purchased specifically for you, there is a special mark that warns you about this. 2) They have an amazing customer service. I ordered goods to Turkey, but I did not know that cosmetics cannot be imported to Turkey. As a result, the TesterKorea store helped with the return of the goods back to Korea and sent it to my friends in another country. What store would do that for a customer? Nobody! Those people who complain that the goods were sent to them for a long time apparently do not understand the symbols on the site and ordered something rare. They could easily refuse a rare position in the order. I liked the store very much, I recommend!

They did take a few days to pack and to send, but I think it's totally fine. The items were securly packed - I ordered eyeshadow and was afraid it might break, they give lots of freebies which I was surprised by (I got a mini sunscreen, a lip tint and some serum samples + a free ffp2 mask). Shipping is quite expensive, but that's kind of implied when you have items sent from Korea. So I already knew it would be expensive. You can choose cheaper options, but I chose Fedex Express which was more expensive. But everything worked well. Keep in mind you have to pay customs too though!
So all in all I had a pleasent experience and I will definetely order again, since the range of products is really nice!

First time order from this company. Parcel received after 3 weeks, all products are exactly as described, with plenty of extra samples that I weren't aware of. The products are 100% genuine at the very low cost compared to local stores. Packaging were excellent, customer service were exceptional. I will definitely buy from testerkorea again

I've ordered a few times in 2015, 2017 and twice this year.
From what I understood, there's been some changes in the teams and issues so I will only talk about my recent experience.
This year, I've been using the request items service and I'm quite satisfied with it. The commission fee is not too expensive.
I had to contact the CS team because I ordered products for a birthday and was late. I was worried I would not receive my items on time and asked them to take care of my order quickly. The CS team has been very helpful, they advised me to change the delivery method and were fast to ship the items so I could get them on time. Thanks to the service, the birthday was unforgettable and I'm very grateful for that.
Please note for Fedex shipping option, Fedex will claim to pay some processing fees after shipping. It's not specific to this website but to Fedex.
In addition, on the website, I may be wrong but I believe many items are not in stock, so when you order, there will be a delay, they will buy the products from different places/websites and then when they will have received everything, they will process to shipping, which is why orders may take some time to be sent.
Overall, I will continue to order again and hope the website will continue to exist and deliver a good service.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I placed an order with them valued at $2500 USD. I noticed I added the wrong product so I contacted them immediately to cancel my order so that I could place a new order. They responded and promised to cancel my order. However, I never received notification of cancellation or a refund. I tried contacting them again for a refund and they never replied. They basically ghosted me. This company will steal your money. Please avoid. After 3 weeks of constantly emailing them to return my money, they finally gave me a refund BUT, it was not a full refund. They only refunded me $2300 USD, basically cheated and stole $200 USD from me. I practically paid $200 USD for NOTHING, just to learn my lesson that TESTERKOREA is a scam.

The product got held up at customs requiring certificates for import, but the company would not reply to any attempts to contact them to provide those certificates (I know certificates for these products exist, I just couldn't get them anywhere). They still haven't replied weeks after the products have been returned to them and haven't given me my money back either.

Update: Never received any communication from them but somehow they managed to get the product here through another country. Took a few months, but I guess that deserves at least 2 stars since the product eventually did arrive.

Je commandais beaucoup sur ce site avant de découvrir un autre site bien plus rentable au niveau du prix de la livraison. Je met 3 étoiles car en général je n'ai pas eu de problèmes et ils vous offrent systématiquement un produit ou des échantillons. Les délais de livraison sont les mêmes qu'ailleurs mais le prix est vraiment excessif lorsque vous faites des grosses commandes ce qui m'a motivé à chercher d'autres sites moins cher.

Le site devient de plus en plus nul, le service client malhonnête qui me confirme de m’envoyer ma commande dans 2 jours puis supprime les messages et ne répond plus. Ma commande de plus d’un mois non livrée et non remboursée.

Received my package damaged, didn't accept it. The package was returned to them. They told me I was going to be refund, then made me wait for months. Never wanted to refund me; lose about 60$.

Used to be a good website with a lot of choice and good prices event though shipping was long and sometimes products were out of stock but you didn’t know until after you place your order. Now I placed an order that was still not shipped after 3 weeks. I sent a message, they said we will ship in on Friday, they didn’t. I sent another message, same answer. So I opened a dispute with PayPal and will never order from them again.

Processing and packing took 6 days then my items quickly arrived in the UK. Shipping was expensive because k packet isn't being used for UK orders anymore, a few shops like testerkorea aren't even shipping to the UK at all anymore so given the circumstances I understand the more expensive shipping.

Everything arrived well packaged and safe. Even with expensive shipping everything worked out much cheaper than it would have been from anywhere else so I'm very happy. The order cost £40 before shipping and I didn't get any customs fees.

I received a parcel from Tester Korea today. Even thought the items I bought are very nice, I had a very bad experience. Unfortunately, I had to pay €50 and collect some paperwork for customs clearance in my country Latvia. I bought 6 items: two compact powders, one eye pad pack, mascara, eye liner and eye brow kit. I paid for it around €80, plus €50 for customs clearance. I don't think it was worth it. My country Latvia is steeling from citizens, and that is very sad... I won't be buying from you in the future anymore, because I have to go through so much hustle and headache to receive my parcel.
I think that it could be cheaper and more pleasant for customers if Tester Korea could include customs fee in their service.

Ordered some KF94 facemasks that you cannot find here in the UK. Received my order after two weeks. Order was complete and included free face masks that i was told i would get. Overall, I am very happy with my experience dealing with this South Korean company.

Le Service client se paie votre tête, ne vous rembourse pas les produits non livrés, ne paie la TVA en douane et vous demande de la payer à leur place.... colis bloqué en douane, je parle bien de TVA et non de frais de douane car il peut y avoir des frais de dossier du transporteur douane ex : feDex le spécialiste des frais de dossier car je précise par ailleurs que les cosmétiques ne sont pas assujetti aux frais de douanes.
C'est un site lamentable. Fuyez !!! ne vous faites pas arnaquer.
