I'm extremely disappointed with the counseling call I had with Testbook. The representative's behavior was utterly unprofessional and left a sour taste.

When I inquired about the course fee, the counselor responded with a condescending tone, making me feel belittled. The conversation felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a genuine attempt to understand my needs.

As a potential customer, I expect respect, empathy, and professionalism. Testbook's counseling call was a massive letdown.

Testbook needs to overhaul its counseling approach, focusing on customers' needs rather than just making a sale. Proper training and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Would not recommend Testbook to anyone seeking genuine guidance.

I got scammed by testbook recently. A lady called me urged me to take the course. I lost 18k because of this. I was genuinely interested to prepare for CSIR NET. The medium of instruction is only Hindi. I asked them several times about the medium of instruction. Even the study materials are in poor quality. Worst customer support team. No refund policy. Please don't buy this.

I had a very disappointing experience with Textbook.com. Their counselor, Rahul Raj, misled me into purchasing a 30k course. He initially claimed he was only checking my EMI eligibility, but then started an EMI on my behalf without my consent. When I tried to reach out to them, no one responded. I even contacted a friend who previously worked at their Mumbai office, and he confirmed that this kind of fraud is common practice for them. To make matters worse, their Mumbai office has now shut down. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Textbook.com and ignore any calls from them as they are completely fraudulent.

Testbook is the most useless app, nothing happens as they describe it. I had purchased the UPSI course a few days ago so that I could prepare for it, but when I purchased it I saw that there were only 10 questions in each chapter. When I messaged the testbook people and told them my whole problem and when I asked for my payment refund, there was no reply regarding that and neither was my payment refunded. I would like to tell all of the apps that whenever you purchase any course from testbook, do it with caution. I would like to tell the testbook people that they should refund my payment (677 rupees) to me.

Worst ever company.. I ordered a book and it has been 1 month and I am yet to recieve it,, customer care doesn't pick calls and emails say we are sorry .

Worst app & staff I've seen in my life Today at 9AM while I was attending meeting I got 3 calls in 1mins, I got scared & had to hold on my imp. meeting to see if there was some urgency, but she was this Shalini Verma acc to her and Shaifali Verma on truecaller, from testbook When I ask her to pls mind & not call anyone so frequently, instead of feeling sorry she started arguing with me like hell. You can imagine if they're misbehaving like so in the 1st talk, how'll they treat after you've paid. And when Testbook is not able to train their own employees (even atleast to talk properly and don't misbehave) how will they train you for any exam because behaviour is the foremost thing than teaching.
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, don't waste your money, when they can't atleast talk properly, how will they teach you, because this is the basic that they can do.

My time as an intern at Testbook has been nothing short of an exhausting and disheartening experience. Despite dedicating long hours and working tirelessly, my hard work and contributions were barely acknowledged or appreciated. The company's favoritism and unfair practices have reached an alarming peak, making it impossible to thrive or find job security.

One of the most striking issues at Testbook is the unbearable workload. I found myself working for excessively long hours, often exceeding 14 hours a day, without any consideration for work-life balance or employee well-being. This kind of expectation is not only unsustainable but also detrimental to physical and mental health.

Furthermore, the company's blatant favoritism is deeply demoralizing. It is disheartening to witness how certain individuals receive preferential treatment based on personal connections rather than merit or hard work. This creates an environment of inequality and hampers the growth and development of deserving employees.

The lack of job security is another major concern. I observed numerous instances where employees were asked to leave abruptly or coerced into voluntary termination. It is distressing to witness the constant fear of losing one's job, which adds unnecessary stress and anxiety to the already overwhelming workload.

In light of these issues, I strongly advise caution to anyone considering joining Testbook. The unmanageable workload, rampant favoritism, and lack of job security make it an extremely challenging and unrewarding environment to work in. It is important to prioritize your well-being and professional growth by exploring other options that offer a healthier and more supportive work culture.

this is to inform that online mock test series mock test is not being submitted it is only showing server time is out pls wait it happens time and again no submition is take place. irritating and apathetic condition.

It's the best platform where students can prepare for their government Exams. It also has Mock tests so that the student can check their ability also.

My experience has been great till today. The tests they provide are well planned incorporating the developments made in the exams or syllabus.
