I scheduled a weekend advance to have flowers delivered to my mom early for Mother's Day. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered I got a call in the morning telling me that they could not deliver the flowers. I live in a different state, so I don't get to see my mom very often and I wanted to surprise her. This made me very upset so I had to find a flower shop quickly that would do same-day delivery. I found one called just Bea's in polson and they are amazing and helped me out. Do not use Terry's florist

If I would give zero I could. They email me hours before Mothers Day saying there’s a glitch in their system and they cancelled the order. It’s too late to secure another provider and my mother has no flowers, loving 1000 miles away. Stay away from this company and read all the reviews first. Wish I read them before using.

I got a text at 7:15 AM the day before Mother's Day informing me that "due to a glitch online" the flowers I had scheduled for delivery that day would not be delivered and my refund would show up in my account in 3-5 days. Left me scrambling to find someone else that could deliver at the last minute.

Ordered flowers on 5/6 that were set to deliver today, 5/12. I get a call after noon saying it couldn't be fulfilled from an 888 number, and that sounded like they were located in another country was the one that left it. This is totally fine when I'm calling global companies, like Microsoft, Sirius, etc. What worried me is that this is an "LLC," and that a smaller floral company had someone outsourced to tell me a flower delivery was cancelled at the exact moment it was set to be delivered. Tried calling the number back several times. Nobody answered. Tried checking my email for a refund receipt, because I got an "order confirmation," and nothing. Left a comment on their social media account, which is also very bizarre, and it was deleted and I was blocked. Cannot get in touch with anyone from the company, and to call and cancel an order at the time of delivery with no refund receipt feels very much like a scam.

Read other comments from people on their social media, which has since been deleted, and they all say the same thing. SAME EXACT COMPLAINT.

Terrible company! Ordered flowers a week and a half ago to be delivered to the funeral home today for services tomorrow. Got a call @10 am telling me they couldn't fill the order because they didn't have any product. After looking at the reviews, they've been saying that same thing for weeks and weeks! Originally, I didn't see reviews at all or I would have avoided them like the plague! $288 had better be refunded quickly or I will report them as fraudulent. One star is one too many.

Terrible communication. Contacted company on a Monday for a funeral delivery on a Thursday. Said they'd call but did not. Contacted them again and they said it was too late to place an order for on-time delivery.
Stay away!

SCAM This is a fraudulent business and not a local florist at all. They will take your money and not deliver flowers.

I ordered a casket spray for my father's funeral, was told they had enough flowers to complete the large order. Upon arrival to the funeral home I was told the order hadn't arrived. Was placed on hold and hung up on when trying to find out why they hadn't arrived. Rep then called during the service (phone was on silent) and stated they didn't fill the order due to shortage. Still waiting on refund. No remorse or apology from the rep I spoke with. Deserve zero stars

I ordered a white, ceramic bowl with 7 houseplants pictured. I ordered it for my brother in the hospital. What he received looked nothing like the picture on their site. No ceramic bowl (instead, a metal box), and only 4 plants instead of 7. The arrangement looked pathetic. I was ashamed of the arrangement. Don't use this florist!

Total scam. Called 2 hours before the service and said they couldn't deliver anything!

I placed an order on 5/2/2023. They say "Same day delivery." I received a call asking if it was okay to deliver the next day because all arrangements had gone out for delivery for that day. I agreed it was fine. The recipient sent me a picture of what she received and it was NOTHING like what I ordered! I sent pictures to Terry's Florist and they said they'll send me a Refund of $14.09 Really? Send my recipient what I ordered or credit my credit card. Customer service & Satisfaction are not a priority to them.
BE WARE of ordering from their site! What you order may not be what your recipient will receive! Order from another florist!

you’d better check the online reviews. Most review sites give them one star I don’t know how Google could honestly come up with a four or five star rating. Our experience was like many others on this site… Ordered flowers for my brothers funeral Terry’s flowers made it sound like they were a local company, which, of course they weren’t. No flowers were ever delivered. No one called to say they were having any problem, delivering when I finally was able to reach their customer service, which is a trip, the agent told me that they had supply chain problems. Nonetheless, they had charged my card five days after the funeral, they wanted to know if they could deliver some flowers someplace. I if you, Google CBS News, Terry’s flowers, you’ll find an online video report investigating this company in 2021.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They couldn’t deliver the flowers to her hospital room so they called me. I let them know they would need to deliver later in the day (once she was assigned a room) or the next day. They texted me and I responded but got no response. I called several times and couldn’t get through or leave a voicemails I finally heard back from them an entire week after I placed the order. They said they’d deliver today. They didn’t. Hands down the worst florist I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m a personal assistant so I’ve orders my fair share of flowers.

This is the worst company I've ever used I ordered flowers for my girlfriend birthday and they guarantee they would be there for her birthday, day of the called said they couldn't deliver and they would have to next day , she was mad at me and so I said just deliver next day they waited till 2 pm next day to say again they couldn't deliver....

I called and ordered flowers. They said it would be delivered same day. I did not receive a call till 10:38 at night saying they were not delivered. I called the next day and said I wanted to refund my money and they hung up on me 3 times.....

I cannot believe I didn’t see this when I ordered from this place. What a scam. They got me too. Just like everyone else I was trying to order from a local florist and they claim to be. Called way ahead of time and two days before they are due they called and said they didn’t have flowers. They took my money a day before canceling the order.

I should have read these reviews prior to ordering. I too thought I was ordering locally. Ordered arrangement for Admin Day, and flowers never arrived. Called and was on hold 25 minutes before someone answered. Requested that flowers be sent out today since it was too late in the day to get delivered yesterday. Flowers still have not been delivered. Total scam!

What a acam, they take your money call a local florist and have them send something half the value or not send at all. Found out from local florist they will not fill this companies orders
Make sure you aee an local address to the area you are sending to before you order or better yet call.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"!!!!! They are not family owned, as they state they are! I ordered a premium bouquet for my cousin who had just lost her husband, what the sent looked NOTHING like the picture. It was totally embarrassing, very sparse, very ugly. Customer service is somewhere overseas, and continuously hung up on me when I was trying to find out if it had been delivered or not. I stopped payment on it, as they refused to correct their mistake. Do yourself a favor, and run as fast as you can from these shysters, save yourself the headache.
