website reads 45% but does not state that is already off the listed prices. free freight is a joke.
They charge you a 18.99 service fee. .website misleading Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" never again. Sent sympathy flowers hopefully they at least get what I over paid for. Will not ask the person the flowers were sent to as I feel that would be rude.

Ridiculous! I placed an order and they canceled it because they had no flowers or plants. What florist doesn't have flowers?? Skip this one!

TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery??? Very dissapointed....will never use again

Ordered flowers for a funeral. No flowers were delivered.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an injured child. No flowers arrived. How nice. They certainly charged my card quickly. 😡

One star because that’s the only way to leave a review. Worth ZERO stars! The flowers were not even remotely close to the picture of what I ordered. Sent email with picture of what was ordered vs what was received. Never received a reply. Nearly $94 with delivery fee, for a bouquet with hardly any flowers and a bunch of green ferns. Total SCAM!!!

I paid a total of $173.00 to have an arrangement sent to a church in Schuylerville, NY when my best friend's husband passed away: When I placed the order via telephone, I was told that there would be a stand included. There was no stand, and the arrangement itself was wilted and sparsely arranged. I was embarrassed and ashamed to have my name on the card, as the other six arrangements were lovely, as I expected mine would be.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday for Mother's Day Sunday. Saturday at 11, they sent an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order! This left me in the lurch, trying to find flowers half a day before Mother's Day.

Do not order from Terry's Florist!!! I ordered flowers for mother's day a week prior and 3 days before they sent an email saying they cant deliver because of supply issues. However they will be refunding my money. I checked my bank account and indeed the refund was pending so I sent an email saying how disappointed I was and that they could have at least offered a different arrangement. Now the refund has disappeared! No communication from the company either!

Absolutely disappointed with Terry's Floral Shop. I ordered flowers for a funeral, and they never arrived. Not only was this mistake extremely upsetting, but when I called to address it, the owner refused to speak with me. This total lack of accountability is inexcusable. I gave them a chance to rectify the issue, but their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes about their customer service. I can't recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and empathetic florist. Avoid this place at all costs!

Scamer -I called to place an order with Terrys Florist 4/11/24, the rep sounded like she was in India. I asked her if she was a third-party reseller, She stated NO she worked in the flower shop in Mt Home AR. I dont like to use resellers as the arrangement will be substandard. I asked to verify she was in a shop and what flowers were fresh. The representative recommended an available arrangement, and I placed the order with a guarantee it would be delivered the same day. I gave my credit info and address. 1 hr later someone from Roses Florist called me and stated they had no flowers. I told them I wanted a receipt showing my order was cancelled. I'm still waiting. I called my credit card fraud department to report the possible fraud and to reverse the charge. Beware this company is operating suspiciously.

What I ordered and what was delivered was a disappointment. Online photo stated that this picture is an accurate depiction of what the order will be. What was delivered was a skimpy bouquet of flowers that was an embarrassment and waste of money. I do not recommend this florist unless you are purchasing in person or you do not care what the final product will look like.

Twice I have ordered flowers for a funeral and they have missed both funerals! Amazingly bad service. They are all nice up front and happy to take my money, then a few hours before the funeral they send a notice that they canceled the order. By then all shops are closed for the weekend and no flowers were at the funeral. REALLY BAD FORM. Will never use them again!

Misleading and scammy. Their website advertises free delivery. I did the online checkout, got an error message with the website, so I called. Got a call center agent, not a person at what I thought was a local florist. Sure, delivery is free, but after 15 minutes on the phone painstakingly spelling out names and addresses for a call center operator, she informed me there is a $19 "service fee." I asked why, and she said to make sure the flowers are "fresh." Ridiculous. Search results say they are located in Melbourne Beach FL but after double-checking the website, this seems like a generic online florist. It's a bait and switch scheme.

I had the same experience as everyone else. Failed to deliver flowers for mom on Mothers Day which also happened to be her birthday. The responses are all very AI-like.

Ordered funeral flowers 10 days in advance, got a TEXT saying that the order was being canceled due to supply chain issues the DAY OF THE FUNERAL. I had not seen any reviews otherwise I would have avoided them like the plague, absolutely do not give them business. Haven't received a refund yet either.

Ordered flowers for mothers day, several days in advance. Their website boasts 'same day delivery'. I even had email communication ahead of time regarding delivery. Despite this, they were not delivered. My poor mother received nothing and thought I had forgotten. We have been told 'supply chain' issues. But I was not notified so I could make other arrangements. And, I have not yet been refunded. Disgusting business practices and appalling service. DO NOT USE!

Ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered on Friday before Mother's Day. They were never delivered and I had to follow up over email and a very long on hold phone call to find out they had "supply chain problems" and no flowers would ever be delivered. I give them one star because they actually refunded my $$. Should have checked reviews before using them.

This company called me the day of delivery (5/13) to tell my they cannot deliver my order and had to cancel it because their "supplier" had an "issue" and that they had ZERO flowers to and ALL of their Mother's Day orders had to be cancelled. These pictures certaintly do not look like ZERO flowers. Absolute WORST florist and company stay away.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day as I live on the East Coast and she’s in Los Altos. I got a text they were cancelling. So I have NOTHING for my mom for Mothers Day and too late to get anything else.
