My husband and I did 2 classes. The bombette cooking class in the trulli with chef Davide (private) & the mozzarella and burrata making class (with another couple). Both were outstanding and well worth the time and money! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, learned a lot about the local food including making and eating, people and Puglia. Both Davide & Marco were knowledgeable, fun and 100% worthwhile doing when in the Ostuni/Martina Franca area. The food was tasty and incredibly generous!

Tour was personal and staff were enthusiastic and fun, with enough interesting information without being overwhelming. The team was super warm and friendly and if you're a foodie it was really a great experience! Especially seeing trees that are over 2000 years old.

What at first arrival appeared to be an abandoned trulli, became the setting of a truly great experience.
A very warm welcome with a glass of wine amidst of the small plot of olive trees, which the owner uses to create his own olive oil. Next up the braiding of our own bread and baking it in the ancient oven that used to be used by Davids Nonna for many years. The heat in the trulli, just like the heat in Puglia at this time of year, is scorching.
After bread baking, pasta making is the next step of our true Italian experience. Making your own dough, and trying to create at least similarly looking pasta (not with the speed Davide can make it) was a great experience and not in the least by the excellent teacher we had. With a glass of wine, a joke and a laugh, we were almost ready for the meal.
Created with the extra virgine oil from Davids plot, the freshest and sweet tomato's we created a classic sauce. Eating in style, the bread the pasta mixed with the wonderful sauce and a good glass of local wine.
Only compliment from this family, thanks for the great experience.

The full experience was fabulous ! The kids loved making pasta and the chef was extremely patient. We also had the opportunity to see how cheese is made and visit the farm and animals. After all, we enjoyed so much the exquisite food!
Sarah was extremely nice and shared so much knowledge about the area and how traditional things are in Puglia, she recommended us many nice things to do. We would do it again and do more experiences with Terrachevive!

My family booked a group experience for "Dairyman for a day". Booking experience, direction and communication were excellent. We had such an enjoyable and educational experience. Both the guide (Marco) and the dairyman were exceptional. They both took their time for us and tought us with a lot of patience.It was a lot of fun and very delicious!! I can only recommend!!

One of the absolute highlights of our Italian vacation in Ostuni, Puglia. We had the unforgettable experience of learning to make authentic Italian pizza at Chef David’s family Trulli, and it far exceeded our expectations. The setting was stunning with beautiful olive trees and the experience felt incredibly personal intimate, hands-on, and genuinely immersive.
Chef David’s passion and expertise shone through, making us feel like we were part of something truly Italian, not just another tourist activity. The wine he selected to pair with the meals with was excellent and added a perfect touch to the afternoon.
It was a beautiful, memorable experience that we’ll be talking about for years. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region and we can’t wait to return and do it all over again.

We booked two experiences - farm tour with burrata making and pasta making. Both experiences were excellent. Strong communication ensured we had all the information about time and location. The experiences were informative and enjoyable.

We had a great day at the olive oil farm. Anna Rita was an amazing hostess!
We then traveled to a wine vineyard where Marco was the absolute best!!! His entire family was involved in making us feel at home. The food was delicious, but the highlight was the delicious wine and learning the process that Marco has been doing for 25 years!!
Marco, from Terra Che Vive was so helpful, attentive and made the reservation process so easy. I encourage you to book both of these tours and ask for Marco!!!!

Amazing Experience
My friend and I joined a group pasta and bread making class with Chef Davide and it was the highlight of our trip! Chef is warm, friendly, knowledgeable about the history of the farm, the produce and the area and is a great teacher.
In addition shaping the bread dough and placing it in the wood oven, we made orecchiette and two other shapes of pasta, and a tomato sugo. We then shared a lunch involving several courses, including the bread and pasta we made - all of it was delicious. The wine was flowing during the course and the lunch and a great time was had by all.
I would HIGHLY recommend TERRA che VIVE's cooking course.

My family of 5 had an amazing day with Chef Davide. The cooking class offered the best of what an Italian cooking class should offer. Davide made a genuine effort to ensure we could replicate everything we made, from the fresh rolled oven baked bread to a sauce and finally the handmade pasta (3 different shapes!). And to top it all off you receive more food and wine then you can put down! Such an amazing day spent in great company.

A highlight of our trip to Puglia - Davide and Simona were very welcoming. We were a group of 7 and all enjoyed the whole cooking experience from forming bread shapes to making orecchiette and other pasta shapes. The dinner seated outside was all the more delicious, having made the orecchiette ourselves. It was great fun and a memorable evening thanks to Davide and Simona!

We had a wonderful morning at the Farm and Dairy, and the mozzarella and burrata making course was excellent, interesting and very hands on. We all really enjoyed it, and it is a great family event. The team were engaging and the process was fast moving so there wasn't any waiting around. A light lunch - enjoying the cheeses as well - finished off a lovely morning. Thank you!!
