Honestly they are amazing, and their support team is even more awesome. I must've accidentally subscribed to their service, or on purpose, can't remember, then when I noticed the charges after about two months (idk how it took me so long) and contacted them for a refund they replied with a positive answer and canceled my subscription for me because I couldn't remember the email I used lmaoo

Termify was a great help to our cause. We couldn't get our selves started with EULA/TOC and Termify solved this for us. With some editing afterwards but in the end it was 80/20 and all worth it.

Termify has been a great experience for me.

I needed a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for a personal project. I don't have time to spend hours on the fine print, not yet at least, so Termify worked well to get me started.

I found a bug, reported it to their team, and they fixed within 24 hours. I can say first-hand that their Customer Service is top notch with excellent communication.

The generated documents aren't perfect, but they're a start and I can imagine only improvements as the company grows.

I canceled my subscription two days before the automatic subscription again. But the Cancel button does not work until they make a subscription again. So I click the Cancel button again, and now it works. I am very disappointed about this.

I just dropped an email to them when I found they took from my account 50 euros. I will ask my bank to open a fraud investigation for that and I'll block the payment.
