Purchase of a Tenancy document for 12 months 23/03/2026

Yesterday I had to renew my daughter’s tenancy agreement and reduce her rent. She needed a new version also due to the changes in tenancy agreements I was able to provide the new requirements. I used the web to find a template and chose one, (Documentify.co.uk), It seemed straight forward so I went ahead.
The following day I had an issue when I received a message when trying to create the document so I could print it or send it , but I persevered until I was able to send this to my daughter. The next issue was when I kept getting emails from the company asking me to print my document which I had done but now they wanted me to pay. I queried why when I had paid for a full year, subscription- Then the most helpful person on this planet ‘Ernesto Padilla’ asked if I had used a different email log on when paying. I said yes as my AOL email is linked to my bank account. He said that is the problem …..So simple when you know why, so now everything is fine but the speed in which Ernesto dealt with the issue on a ‘Bank Holiday’ in this country was remarkable within minutes everything was verified and I received back his feedback of what I needed to do. Why isn’t this standard of assistance everywhere else? Well Done Ernesto and thank you for your time.

Any documents created in minutes

Needed to draw up a lease agreement for my flat. Documentify really have streamlined this process, it was so simple to create and I was asked all the exact questions needed to populate the document. Will definitely be using them again.

I made a one-time purchase for a very…

I made a one-time purchase for a very specific reason. Had no expectation of continuing after the trial and thought that I'd cancelled my subscription. When the money was withdrawn at the end of the trial date, I knew that I'd failed to. I emailed the customer support explaining my situation and, quickly and promptly, they responded, letting me know they'd refund me! No harm, no foul!

I'm so grateful that this was able to help me with my task as well as with my problem. Very pleased. I just can't afford the service.

Don't bite the "Free" lie

Says it's free, you waste your time building up your file and at the very end they want your money. Typical money-grabbing website, you pay a tiny amount to start and then get charged monthly. Emails requesting to cancel, then emails requesting a refund, all for a single document you needed 1 time. Avoid this kind of scam

After reviewing the situation, it appears the cancellation attempt was made through the US platform, while the subscription was actually created through the UK platform. Since these are separate systems, the cancellation could not process there.

SCAM!!……… I spend 30 minutes filling…

SCAM!!……… I spend 30 minutes filling out the document and lo and behold, as soon as I’ve finished, it asks for email and then proceeds to charge me to download said document…..
