Tent Spares Anmeldelser

Cannot recommend Tentspares highly enough - EXCELLENT customer service - Carrieann was patient, kind, thorough and so incredibly helpful. New poles arrived earlier than expected - made to spec - perfect to give our tent it's new lease of life. Look no further - Tentspares is an excellent company.

I don’t normally write reviews, however felt I wanted too. Whilst on holiday my Vango awnings air beam had a puncture and unable to fix. Carieann was so helpful and able to identify which air beam was required. If you need to replace one, you will find the market is saturated with different ones. After speaking with Tentspares they sent the replacements out with next day delivery to the campsite. So grateful for your help and service. Carrieann you were so very helpful, thank you.

We’ve not been able to use our tent because of a broken pole.I’ve struggled to get it repaired but then found Tentspares, they provided a fantastic service from the helpful office staff to the folks who carried out the repair. After checking with them they said they might be able to do a repair while I waited .I arrived about 1150, they quickly assessed what needed doing, quoted a very reasonable price ,and I was off by 1210! Fantastic! thanks to everyone for such great customer service ,we can camp again!

Ordered the 2.5mm replacement pole cord but it was actually 2.00mm.
I double checked using a vernier and micrometer.
Had to order the 3.00mm cord which was in fact actually 2.5mm when measured.

without going into detail i or any of my friends who are all very experienced ultralight hikers ,will not be shopping with this company any time in the future

What a fabulous company. They repaired my broken tent pole, fitted a new angled ferrule and shaped it to the correct angle for my Outwell birdland 3 tent for which you cannot buy spares . I would highly recommend them. They did this while I waited.

I ordered some replacement tent poles for my tunnel tent, and received them in the post straight away, very impressed! The kit included more than I expected, so I would definitely order from this company again.
