Great sunglasses and great service!
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to try on... one was a classic black frame and the other was a clear frame. I was looking for something that’s stylish, good quality and actually blocked out the sun. The sunglasses arrived and they are just what’s expected! Gorgeous! I decided to return a pair and order a different shape in the clear frame. Returns was dead simple and quick refund. Great service!

Great pair of shades

I'm so sorry to hear that you're not 100% happy with our Boulevard lens.
We appreciate that all our lens experiences are different and are suited to different people. We find the colours really come alive in different lighting conditions which of course can vary throughout different climates across the globe.
Our Original lens is a category 3 lens, and Boulevard is a category 2 which is where some of the difference lies as well as the colour tints.
If you aren't totally set on our Boulevard lens, we would be more than happy to exchange these for a different style or a refund. I have just got in contact with you via email to get this sorted for you.

Love the design and the material feels great. Arrived very quickly but was small after a wash. Derek at Tens got in touch to sort out a new one which was awesome customer service!!

Thanks so much for your feedback and your support of Tens - it’s really appreciated!
We’re so sorry to hear that the garment has experienced some shrinkage. We use heavy workwear weight 100% cotton for our UK-made t-shirts, and pure cotton does tend to shrink slightly (industry standard is about 5% for 100% cotton).
Our t-shirts are slim fit, so the sizing was slightly smaller to start with and didn’t allow any margin for fibre shrinkage. It’s an unfortunate case of a double whammy and hence after washing, the t-shirt has ended up on the smaller size for you.
Apparel is brand new to Tens, so this is truly valuable feedback for us and is something we are taking into account for our next run of t-shirts.
We would love to get this resolved for you. I have contacted you via email to get a replacement sorted.

Bought my first pair through their…
Bought my first pair through their original Kickstarter campaign. Loved the look and build quality. For leisurewear, Tens' lenses are way superior to Raybans, Oakleys etc. Creates a nice mood in the environment.
I have since bought two more pairs, one for my partner who loves them too. Everyone who I've shown them to have been impressed.
Plus they're really reasonably priced, especially when you're comparing against the big brands.

Love tens products and service
Love tens products and service, always pleasant to deal with and always looking to do what they can for customers! The t shirt I got my partner is now his firm favourite, beautiful quality, the sunglasses I bought myself although gorgeous didn’t suit me so I looked to return them which wasn’t a problem. My partner has asked for screws to be sent to repair one of his pairs before and the company happily obliged free of charge which I thought was lovely.

Fantastic, truly sublime. There is no better perspective than through Tens. Spectachrome is almost etheral and other worldly. Buy them and wear them often. Go on add to cart because they will change your life.

On a recent trip to Europe
On a recent trip to Europe, I found a magazine in my keepsakes that was over one year old. I read an article about your glasses and decided to treat myself. I have very light eyes and always need special protection from the sun. My new glasses are beyond fabulous. They look gorgeous, the lenses are amazing and the quality is beyond my glasses that cost five times more. Beyond that, my life seems calmer in crazy traffic when I wear them. Don’t wait!
