Complete and utter trash and scam company, i was forced to get a 30 day insurance with this scam company, before i could try to get my car released from the car impounded place, the impounded place asked for to much money more than the car was worth, so i tried to contact the insurance company to cancel the insurance and get my almost £500 back it was the same day I purchased it barely 4 hours had passed from when I purchased the insurance till , I found out i could not get my car out of the impounded place, so they didn't even allow me to see my car unless I give them my car keys and logbook and sign a form that im giving away my car to them for Free , so clearly I didn't use the insurance at all, as i did not even see my car let alone touch it , so clearly there was no need for the insurance, I asked for even a partial payment back as I had paid almost £500 for 30 days cover. And after 5 hours I clearly saw there was no need for it at all, so they refused completely even a partial refund, then I asked if I can put the insurance on another car since they refused refund again they rejected, so I was left with nothing and lost all most £500 no nothing, as clearly they were not covering anything for 30 days , as i did not have a car anymore, the impounded place had it and they were going to scrap it.
So your insurance company is a complete mafia style rip off and scam company
