They wouldn’t change a date over for the next week as I got the day wrong and tried to contact them but no number or person to speak to about it . Even though it was only £56 I lost that’s money I can’t afford plus I have to insure the courtesy car for next week. I insured it on the Sunday evening and tried to change it on the Monday morning but the policy said you can’t after you pay . Terrible service and no empathy for customers
