I found a beautiful design t shirt on MCS website. I ordered the right item and size for one of my daughters then when I ordered for the other one - I messed up and ordered a male size. Wrong shape!
Ashleigh at Teemill who sent the item went to endless trouble to help me return the unwanted item and get the right one. I’m hopeless with I.T - she was encouraging/effective and didn’t make me feel stupid! No mean feat. I love MCS and I really appreciate everything Ashleigh at Teemill did for me!

I have always been very happy with the clothes I've received from Teemill/Rapanui.
I recently had a query with my order and the response from their Customer Service team was excellent! Prompt, helpful and friendly.

T shirt was great, good value for a quality Tee, designs look good and always the option for a custom design to.
I made a mistake when ordering but the customer service was right on it and resolved it for me straight away, would definitely order from here again!

I bought a t shirt for my granddaughter but messed up her address and it was returned to sender. After some confusion, they have sent it again with the right address, were very helpful and pleasant and have not charged me although it was my fault.
My only request is they make it easier to contact them. It too me quite a while to work it out.

Problem with order was resolved and new t shirt being sent out first class - great company to deal with (bought lots from them and this was first problem but has been quickly sorted) Thank you x

Placed an order for a Soi Dog charity t-shirt, but the item in question was ENORMOUS! Not a huge deal, I exchanged it for a smaller size, but did not receive a notification that my exchange request had been received. A few weeks later I emailed Teemill to ask about my order - long story short, TWO customer service reps got back to me to let me know they had received my order and were just waiting to get it in stock. Order was shipped yesterday, looking forward to receiving my new item!

Ordered three T-shirts but only two arrived. Customer service were brilliant and the missing T-shirt was went same day. Arrived with me the next day. Excellent service

My order did not arrive when promised but the response to and resolution of the problem was excellent. Usual high quality T shirt!

When ordering a T-shirt I was offered a 10% discount and free shipping but the system would not process the 2 codes and entering one cancelled the other. I contacted customer service and Max was very helpful, advising me to complete the order with the 10% discount code and they would refund the shipping fee on receipt of the order number. I did so this morning and was very promptly advised by both Max and Rich that the refund had been processed. Max also upgraded delivery to 1st Class and Royal Mail have notified me that delivery is due tomorrow. Very happy with the customer service I received.

I bought 2 T shirts at once to make sure 1 would fit & return the other .Bearing in mind that l made a mistake on order. They sorted that out .But trying to return one of them wasn’t easy & had to go to back to my P Office & they sorted it eventually & even she asked someone to help .l am in no way office trained & have been able to manage things before . But all sorted now . But was a hassle . Now l am awaiting the refund in which is on its way . So that was prompt . The upside l love the T Shirt & it’s a lovely quality . So l would say we are even .Thank goodness for our lovely ladies at our P 0ffice .
Now l know what size fits so l wouldn’t have to send back then it wouldn’t stop me ordering again 🤞

Teemil are selling organic clothing, t-shirts and organic shorts, which are ideal for me especially in this extremely hot weather. They are also drawing attention to the plight of the bumblebee, the queen and her workers. All the pesticides that have been sprayed around the land and the world has desimated their populations almost to extinction and this Company, Teemill are drawing attention to this by selling their clothing. When ordering, their response is immediate, with the clothing coming in paper packaging which is fully recyclable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone. I contacted the customer service three times by email, the first two were about payment, I was charged twice for my order, and the third was about returning an item. The first two emails have never been answered and luckily the bank sorted it out, the third email about the return process came after five days when through google searching I had found out how to do it.

The things I bought were ok, not really worth the cost but a good cause, the customer service, or lack of it, left me anxious and wishing I had never bought anything. I have no enjoyment from the things I bought because they are tainted by the whole experience. My only hope is that the charity get enough of the money to make it worth it. I will avoid Teemill in future.

5 stars for the range, products and customer service. Gorgeous clothing and an excellent company.
4 stars given because I paid for fast delivery but there was a delay in dispatching and receiving my order. However, once I contacted customer services they didn’t hesitate to refund me the delivery fee (as I qualified for free shipping and had wasted money on fast delivery). I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars as this dispatch delay was the only hiccup in my experience. Once the company iron out this issue, I’m sure they will be 5 stars all the way!

Great customer service when there was a slight problem with colour transfer on a tshirt. Quick & no hassle - much appreciated. Have ordered many times from various animal charities who use Teemill. Always great designs & quality.
