I have never had such a terrible time ordering a couple of items online in my life!
Tail tidy and 4 indicators for my triumph 1200 scrambler…tried to place my order on USA site on Jan19, 2022 but Dave wanted to measure to make sure I wouldn’t need adapter kit so I waited for him to get back to me (11) days later!!! So I placed my order, and he was going to send me an invoice that was 4 days ago. Still haven’t heard a word. Guess it’s time to order from someone else as I think by virtue of the fact that there’s no provision for US customers on their UK website’s drop down menu if countries at checkout they really don’t want US customers and their US site has only a small inventory of the items on UK site.
I got an email from Matt Milburn from UK tec asking if there was a problem as my cart had two items in it I explained but he never offered any help or even a reply.

Bar end mirrors for Street Twin. Arrived in under 48 hours. Fitting straight forward. Good mirrors however I find that the arms of the mirrors to be on the short side leaving the mirrors very close to the hand grips such that the knuckle armour on my gloves catches on the mirror. Did not have this problem when I test rode a Bud Ekins T100 with genuine Triumph bar end mirrors. I do think that the TEC mirrors are very good value for money though.

I purchased a used 2004 Thruxton with a TEC "Desert" exhaust. Put 2k miles on the bike and on one outing the back baffle of the exhaust blew off. Emailed customer service and they sent me a free replacement no questions asked. Response was timely a thorough. Very impressed!

I purchased a sump guard from this firm, but was unable to fit it to my bike for over 18 months. During this time I had misplaced one of the brackets from the kit. I contacted TEC and explained my problem. Within days they had posted me a replacement part. Superb customer service and I highly recommend this company.

Was under the impression the pair of rear shocks I ordered for my Triumph were manufactured in house. When they arrived they were nothing but a pair of cheap Chinese shocks you can buy from disreputable websites like wish etc for less than 50% of TEC's price. The quality was petrifying, no European manufacturer markers or standard marks so sent them straight back. Didn't get a refund for the £10 to post them back and the communication was not exactly welcoming after I had made them aware of my disappointment.
In all a total waste of time and my money. I did note the invoice clearly sates the name of the manufacturer of these shocks is "Tec", I wonder what trading standards would have to say about the matter?

Bought totally faulty centre stand for my new bonneville but once i made contact with the folks at tec we resolved the issue to mutual satisfaction and will continue to use them

Bought a set of tec rear shocks for a triumph Street twin, great price and looked good, but after 1000 miles and 18 months the damping in both shocks were shot, cheap price for cheap shocks, don't believe tec's reviews they only post the good ones, mine never went on their website.

Just fitted one of your luggage racks to my interceptor 650. A very easy fit 15min done and dusted. Looks good, excellent value. Delivered quick. (watched the youtube clip first). Thanks Jeff Whittle

ALLOY GAS SHOCKS BONNEVILLE/BONNEVILLE SE & T100.
Received and fitted these shocks a few days back to my water cooled Bonnie. They're just great and get my recommendation. The bike rides much better now.

Ordered a replacement part for a Street Twin centre stand I bought a couple of years back. The Tec team were responsive and the part arrived quickly. Great job.

I Just ordered new TEC remote reservoir rear shocks with the 15 step adjustment for my 2009 Bonnie T100. These shocks will replace the ones I put on her back in 2014! The right rear just started to leak a bit, but after 7 years of riding through the mountains of western N.C., with all the rough farm roads, huge potholes, and crazy twisties, I was very happy with them! I didn't even blink when it came time to pick out replacements! The old ones made such an improvement in the way the Bonnie rode, that I can hardly wait to see how the newer ones do! The best bang for the buck I know of!

I have purchased various Tec parts for my Triumph Street Scrambler and the latest was the camshaft de-restrict . I have to say that the Tec camshaft has done its job brilliantly and transformed my Scrambler even further besides the other performance mods I’ve done on her. The upper register on fast motorways is more of a breeze now with that Tec camshaft installed after the 400 mile run in time keeping it under 4K rpms as instructed by Tec. I’ve done 90 mph and the rpms were only 4,550 , runs and sounds more aggressive, much better than before the Tec camshaft install. Very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Tec Bike Parts! Thumbs up! ;) I live in NYC/USA

Had a problem fitting my new stinger exhaust on my R.E. I e-mailed Tec and within 2 days had received new parts F.O.C. Once again excellent service from a excellent company.

Super fast shipping and excellent customer service. Just remember, some of these items are low cost so don't expect ultra-premium quality. It is what it is.

I've bought a few things from this company and always been satisfied with them, I wish more companies were like these.
