Very Pleased
My order was easy and delivery was prompt, the unit is well made and go's togther easily. if l had one thing to like it more it would be taller or have a base it could go on top of otherwise we are very pleased.

Poor quality products, poorer customer service
What a horrible company to deal with! Charlotte was incredibly rude in her response to us. We ordered a vanity for our daughter through Amazon and it was delivered shattered, we returned it only to be “told off” by Charlotte as apparently they didn’t want the return. A 20kg box is not our responsibility to dispose of. We then tried ordering the same product through b and q, the item once again arrived damaged. We contacted Teamson and were told they didn’t want it back and we have to dispose of it at our own cost! The products are poorly made and the customer service is appalling. Both boxes we received said manufactured in 2021, so it seems they are trying to get rid of old stock! Avoid at all costs!
RESPONSE
Why would we want a replacement for something that has been delivered broken twice, it just shows the poor quality of the product. We have not received an apology from Charlotte or anyone else from your company. Regarding disposal of a faulty item, this should not be the responsibility of the customer if the product is faulty. We ended up having to PAY to dispose of it as how else would you dispose of a 20KG box. The company is awful and the products are as bad. AVOID!

We are very sorry to hear of your dissapointment with the service provided.
Upon investigation into this matter, i can see that an item was delivered after ordering with Amazon - Charlotte responded to your images and message apologising for the condition of the item and a replacement was offered, as the message sent by yourself was the late evening of 15.12.23; our offices were unable to respond until the morning of 18.12.23 as we are not open on weekends. A replacement item was refused as you had confirmed that you had already organised an independant return of the item, a refund was then issued to yourself urgently.
Regarding the order received with B&Q, it is regretful that this also arrived with areas of defects/damage. Once the initial contact was recived from yourself, Charlotte promptly asked for images to then assess and provide an immediate replacement part/product dependant on the extent of the damage.
A replacement part/product was refused by yourself and you then requested for a return - We responded to notify that as the item was damaged, we would not request a return from yourself and would simply issue a full and complete refund for the inconvenience caused.
It is our standard practice that a return may not always be applicable if the product has particular elements of damage, this is due to the product having no further life span and this can also cause further damage when in transit back to our Warehouse - We kindly ask for applicable customers to dispose at their earliest convienience.
We are sorry that you feel this is a poor service, this is of course not our intention as we wish to assist and resolve all customer issues as quickly and promptly as possible.
It is also correct that a number of our products may have been manufacturered prior to 2023 - This does not alter or affect the quality or integrity of our products.

Review of Bathroom wall cabinet.
Thank you for your approach for a review of your product.
I purchased a Bathroom Wall cabinet that has faux slatted doors and an attractive moulded surround. It fits perfectly in the required location, and I am totally satisfied with the outcome. The delivery time was excellent as was the instructions for assembly. Indeed the instructions were far superior to many other products supplied by other companies in the past.

I can see that the order was placed on the evening of 17.11.23 (after office hours) which our Warehouse then processed the early hours of 18.11.23 - As we appreciate an email was sent to ourselves within 24 hours, all orders are processed extremely quickly to ensure we are able to deliver all products as efficiently as possible.
Once an item has been collected by the couriers, we have very little power to stop dispatch - however i can see in this instance that the order was stopped and returned to our Warehouse and a refund was issued to you as soon as the couriers returned the item to ourselves.

Great Bathroom Cabinet
Sure I have said this before about this bathroom cabinet. Easy to assemble with excellent step by step instructions. Once assembled the cabinet is very easy on the eye, is functional and provides much needed additional storage.

Don’t trust promised delivery times
Website promised delivery between three and five working days, which would have been in time for my wife’s birthday, then mistakenly told me that the parcel had been delivered which it wasn’t, then the messages disappeared.
Unable to get through to call centre which was shut or to track delivery.

Rubbish and poor quality
Very disappointed with service and item…item was delivered in damaged box..the tall bathroom cabinet which had to be constructed was also damaged and didn’t fit properly together..to return it was so much hassle so it’s been stored in garage…complete waste of money and very overpriced ..would not recommend item!!! Argos …The date we purchased item was 30/08/2023 at the cost of £138.00 …Argos I have updated my reply as I got date wrong!!!!!
