I ordered a water feature from Teamson, it’s very easy to buy online, very fast delivery, very good quality and sturdy. It’s a lovely water feature and no effort to install. I would highly recommend this company

Impressed
It is the first time I have ordered from this company and I was impressed. Delivery was quick, parcel was in good condition and the water feature was lovely. I haven't had it working yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Thankyou.

Customer service in my opinion is…second to none
Customer service in my opinion is everything ,and this. Team have it inabundance i was so happy as was my grandsughter ,weve purchased 1 more already ,and coming back for a third ,keep up the good work ,to us more mature, ladies 🤗 customer service means ,everything .im old school ,where manners and polieness also costs nothinh ,well done xx

two tables without table legs
i ordered a table which was delivered without legs. i contacted customer service and asked them to deliver the legs, which was confirmed. now the whole table has been delivered again, again without the legs. apparently they just want to empty their warehouse. i am now sitting on 2 tables without legs. to dispose of them, i would have to go to a recycling centre here in germany, which costs a lot of money, and i also have no way of transporting the tables in my small car. i have to hire a trailer for this, which again costs a fortune. the customer service is rubbish, it doesn't help at all. embarrassing and unacceptable!

Excellent customer service
Ordered a firepit table. Great price and fast delivery. Unfortunately there was an issue when I opened the box, but the customer service was excellent and a quick resolution was found. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service
Purchased a gas firepit table. It was delivered within two days, which was great. Unfortunately there was an issue when we opened the box, but the lady in customer service dealt with the issue quickly and to a generous resolution. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
