I have been using TeamSnap for many years for my sons sports teams. Very user friendly! Has all the options we need and more!

Love TeamSnap ! Use it for hockey and baseball. Easy to set up, use and make changes!

Program is a bit cumbersome to work in. When I transferred players to a new year, people weren’t getting notifications even though nothing had changed. I had to delete and re-add them.

The App has been having glitches. TeamSnap needed with the payment function that was so easy to use in the prior years and now has made it difficult. I understand they added the invoicing and make a payment service. But took away from the ease tracking payments and items feom prior. In addition, the invoices cannot be edited once entered prior to sending. Also, payments cannot be used on the web, only by ap. What’s the old adage- “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

Really great app - sometimes a bit glitchy for noting attendance but overall great. Would love a deeper look into the stats as our team keeps pretty extensive stats.

Love this app, waaaay better than some that other associations we've been part of use. Great manager functions. Customer support is responsive, and they always work towards improving their product. A very good value.

This is a great tool for a centralized scheduling! It takes some time up front to set up but once all you data is in your good for the season

So easy to use and even the Free version had a lot to offer and did I mention that it's free. They do have a paid version that offers even more. Great way to connect team mates and parents. Thanks TeamSnap!

I sent a facebook message a while back asking for a feature to be added, hoping it's already in the works though, but I haven't heard back, hence 4/5.
My note was soemthing like this; sometimes we want the players to vote on something and it would be nice to have a feature added where we could put 2 or 3 choices into the platform and then they can pick their choice (1 choice per roster member) and from there and it would go to either the Account owner or the coach or whoever was designated to get the results.

TeamSnap is not computer friendly now. It app based for cellphones. I don’t have cell service in my area so it’s now worthless. The payment tracking only works on your phone there is now no way to track payments with your computer. If this is not fixed I will be looking for another company to use.

I'm pretty disappointed with the new payment function. Not the function itself but that it's not available on a desk top.

App is loading slowly. Ease of entering new new events, games and locations can be improved.

I've been using TS for a few years now and only recently has the APP really been giving me issues. Errors, unable to send messages and retrieve the rosters. I will try to delete and re-download the APP. The computer version works fine.

My plan is great for the 12U baseball team I coach. I have used TeamSnap for 4 years and it works great for scheduling games. practices, and events. Alert message feature really is a very welcome feature.

I love Team Snap. It is so easy to manage your schedule as a coach and parent. I couldn't live without it ...

Yes I really love teams that it is a really good app for parents and coaches to communicate and for everyone to see whatever is going on in the season

Excellent way to communicate for parents, players & coaches! I run a league through TS as well as having kids who participate on other teams that use it and it's pretty seamless. Lots of notifications that can be minimized, but only to a certain extent, and the app operates a little differently depending on the phone you have (galaxy vs iphone, etc.), but the overall experience is well worth it!

The billing is super easy, information stays put from season to season and free version to paid versions, and they even do partial billing if you up or down-grade during any given month. Pretty sweet!

The most useful feature of TeamSnap for coaches is the availability. This is also its weakest point in terms of flexibility. There is n way t klck the availability of single events, or to set the period of time that availability can be modified for *single* events.

The IE version of Team has malware. How is it that nobody has seen this on TeamSnap? Many times a screen shows up and starts beeping about security issues, only when you go to TeamSnap. Chome is fine.

TeamSnap is the best team management site & App I have found in a number of years of running various groups. It has some really rich functionality that is easily accessible for both managers and members.

If you run a non-sports group - I run a choir - there are some quirks that you learn to live with, but the functionality available is still better than some other offerings that are more dedicated to the group type, so have stayed with TeamSnap.
