Very easy order process. But, because of availability, I couldn't get my item for 30 days. This didn't work for me. A 10 minute call to cancel, and my purchase was refunded to my card the next day !! Not often a refund happens that quick!!

I agreed to make a purchase based on the information on the website free shipping shipping protection and three days later I was informed of a $658 surcharge for shipping plus tax which if I had known in the first place, I would never have agreed to the purchase. I’m still waiting for my money back. I cancelled the order and I’m disappointed to say the least. I had put a good review on the company based on my experience in the order and the discount that they had provided…but that was all for not, and I have pulled my good review which has now turned sour. do not agree to payment if you’re buying Nerf bars, or side steps before you confirm any additional shipping charges or not.

Ordered a tailgate cap (aluminum checker plate) for 2024 GMC Sierra. I had two specific issues with product upon receiving it.
First issue was minor damage to the item. However, this damage likely occured at the hands of delivery company. The box had a hole in it and the tailgate cap itself was dented at that same location consistent with the location of damage to the packaging. After some consideration and a little planning, I was able to successfully correct the dent to restore the item to its original appearance.
Second issue concerned 2 problems with the application of double sided tape to the product by the manufacturer. One of the strips of double sided tape that was applied to the short edge of the cap was quite uneven and had many areas where the tape extended down past the edge of the aluminum cap. I had to use an exacto knife to shave off the portions sticking out past the edge. The second issue with the application of the double sided tape occured at one end of a strip laid along the wide edge of the tailgate cap. The double sided tape at the end of the strip was balled up and folded back on itself, creating a noticeable hump that would have interferred with the product lying flush on the top of the tailgate. I had to use a razor blade and flathead screwdriver to cut out and scrap that end of tape off the item. However, as result, I can honestly say that the double sided tape that was used was of really high quality and very adhesive.
The product was eventually installed using self-drilling stainless steel screws (my intent all along) and looks fantastic.
Had it not been for the minor damage and the issues with the double sided tape, I would have easily assigned a five (5) star rating.

Customer Service was great. However, the parts I ordered werent in stock and would take up to a month to come in so I cancelled my order.

*** UPDATE *** The issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

Website allowed me to purchase four tires, it said in stock so I purchased them but then I get an email from them saying they only have 2 and do not know when more will come. I asked them to cancel. Many hours later I have no confirmation of canceling order and no reply.

Fog lights fit my 2016 totota sienna SE perfectly. I like that that TDOT sent me an email before shipping to confirm I had the SE model si ce there appears to be so many different fog light options available.
