I bought a set of running boards for my 2018 Silverado, they arrived, I opened the hardware box to sort through the components and lay things out for installation. There are 8 brackets in total, 4 each side. The drivers side uses 4 identical brackets, the passenger side uses 3 the same, the front one is different, it has 2 parts. The box contained 2 of the 2 part brackets and only 3 of the drivers side brackets, so I was short 1 drivers bracket and had an extra front passenger side bracket. I went no further, I immediately emailed Aubrey at TDOT and explained the situation. TDOT said they would contact the supplier and get right back to me, after 2 weeks, no resolution, I asked for a RMA to return the order, TDOT says no return because their supplier said its been used, ???. Terrible customer service, even though their website says "Customer Satisfaction Is Our Number One Priority".....

Parts were missing and the system doesn't fit well.

Easy to order and good discounts to be found. But one star lost because the website is to slow!

I sent for a part on October 6/2026 and the part hasn't even been shipped yet! Today's date is October 20/2026, who knows when it will finally be shipped or if I'll even get it at all? Their website mentions products ship in 10 to 15 days, why it takes this long I have no idea? This is my first and last order with TDot performance. Contacting Patrick Hamilton as requested has proved useless, the guy has no idea what's going on with my order. He said they're checking with the manufacturer and are waiting for a reply on the status of my order? Its November 2nd now and they finally refunded my money, what a waste of time this place is.

Ordered, got email confirming paid and saying you will provide update when it ships.
After 10 days I email, then phone about my order.
Says I need to confirm purchase as it will take longer to fulfill.
Another 10 -15 days. This after 11 days since payment made.

Easy website...had what I needed (it's special order, hoping it comes through)

I placed an order on Friday for car mats for my new car and its Tuesday and order is still processing. Okay it was the weekend but they dont even know where in the process my order is. Now i found the mats $40.00 cheaper so i contacted them about the best price guarantee and dont believe it. They dont honor that. So i cant even cancel the order because they cant reach the supplier. This place is a joke

I received the wrong anti-rattle clips brake pad retaining clips for my 2018 Subaru WRX. Also on the rear brake pad i receive 1 type of pad and 3 of the other pad. I installed the brake kit to realise that it does not fit and that it make sounds.all The anti rattles are loose.

I read that this company sometimes (or often?) sells items they don't have in stock and drop ship which can cause delays so I asked via chat if an item was in stock before ordering and was told "yes, it will take 2-7 business days to be delivered" which was an acceptable timeline.

A few hours later I get an email indicating the item is backordered and will ship in 20-25 business days (I've already been charged mind you) and I had to confirm the order for it to go through with no option to cancel.

20-25 days is not the same as the 2-7 which was promised. This is a bait and switch. I've requested my money back at this time and pending an update.

Worst site ever, this is the third time I've used them and the last, first time I ordered a S&B cold air for my truck, well they never said out of stock on the website. That took 4 months to show up, then I found a set of tires I've been looking for and they were a good deal, ordered the tires, 3 weeks goes by nothing shows, then I get a email saying they messed up the shipping costs and I owe an additional 400$! Well. Tires weren't a good deal anymore but I paid it cuz I lifted my truck and have been waiting on these tires 5 weeks now! TDOT is pure garbage. I don't even think it's a a real physical store, just some shitty generic website that takes orders and sources them from other places and nails you with a finders fee, stay away of TDOT at all costs.

I never got an order confirmation email or a shipping tracking email.

you offer me etransfer but no directions or email address to do that Also get offered discount, but no code, no idea how to get that . So i try to reach out to help desk get left on hold forever and then i respond via email days later still no response and no help
You must either not want business very badly or you need to hire some more people to support! Are you running this out of someone’s garage???? If this wasn’t for a present I would have sourced it else where, i can only hope it ships on time

Couldn't find exactly something online made a quick phone call and it got sorted immediately and was able to get what I wanted soooo 5 stars 🌟
