I have very good experience with with this company. We rent car in Kutaisi near the airport. Everything was going well, clear instructions from Giorgi, he was helpfull, change of drop off time was without issues. Car was in good condition.

Ottima esperienza abbiamo prenotato facilmente, ci hanno portato la macchina direttamente in albergo (anche se in quei giorni non era facile visto che in Georgia era festa nazionale). Nessun problema nemmeno per la riconsegna, sono venuti a prenderla direttanente.

Waren uns erst unsicher ob wir nicht lieber über check 24 ein Auto mieten sollen, da die Preise bei Tbilisicars deutlich niedriger waren.
Lief aber alles sehr seriös und zu unserer Zufriedenheit ab.

We did a family trip in Georgia and rented a van for 8 people. The pick up was fast, the guys were very informative. The van itself in good shape and we had no issues whatsoever. Also I think that the price was good for what we got. Would definitely choose them again.

La voiture fonctionnait très bien, agréable à conduire - 4*4 adapté à l'état des axes du pays - et le personnel très cordial et serviable, ponctuel. Cependant, la voiture était sale (intérieur + extérieur) à la perception... ce qui n'aurait pas été un souci si le personnel ne demandait pas de l'argent en plus de manière indue pour le nettoyage à la réintégration. De plus, à la perception du véhicule le personnel a refusé le paiement par carte évoquant un problème sur leur terminal de paiement, nous imposant un paiement en espèce et donc de renoncer aux garanties Visa/Mastercard. Bref un avis mitigé.

We rented car from Tbilisicars during our trip to Georgia. We had a flat tyre and had to change the tyres because of that issue and they helped us to change them within an hour and everything was smooth and thanks to Nicholas and team for helping us quickly on time and being kind.
