Service is great - they took us from airport and drove to their office 3-4 km away. There you sign papers, pay rent and deposit ( both in cash), the guy explains you all rules and you receive the car. Return is also simple - quick visual check and that's it.
The only minus to mention - we ordered Toyota Camry, but they gave us Kia Optima. I saw that they mention on site "or similar" , but still - you expect the car you chose, not "similar"....

Отличный сервис. Забирают с аэропорта 5-10 минут после звонка. Автомобиль чистый, исправный. По возвращении отвозят в аэропорт. Рекомендую.

Very simple pick up and drop off. The process was easy and professional, a very nice car and overall a great experience. It was my first rental car experience in Georgia.

Great at all

We chose this company because it was cheaper comparing "big companies". It was really good decision. Communication was really easy, Giorgi picked us up at the Kutaisi airport, he took us to the company office located cca 3 minutes far from the airport. Then he explained everything in a very detailed way, he explained all the traffic rules in Georgia. We received even better car than we had ordered, brand new, really good. We returned the car in Tbilisi and Giorgi waited for us at the place of our accommodation. Everything perfect, highly recommend.

Aluguei um carro em Kutaisi para devolver em Tbilisi. Em geral a experiência foi boa principalmente com o staff de Kutaisi. O carro não era muito novo (100.000 Km). Entregaram o carro com meio tanque para devolver com a mesma quantidade de combustível o que dificulta para o cliente. Não aceitam pagamento com cartão, mas isso acontece em praticamente toda a Georgia. A maior dificuldade foi na devoçução do carro. Havia combinado a devolução no meu hotel em Tbilisi, mas no dia a pessoa responsável simplesmente não respondeu as mensagens e tive que fazer a entrega no escritório da empresa. Por sorte eles pagaram o táxi para eu voltar ao hotel. No final me devolveram a fiança que havia feito em euros sem criar problemas. Preço mais ou menos o mesmo valor que pago por um carro na Espanha. Apesar destes pequenos detalhes recomendo o aluguel.

Landed in Tbilisi and needed a car to get to Kazbegi region in early May, they were highly responsive, able to make a reservation in a short notice and the car was very enjoyable and in a good condition.

Would highly recommend! will use again when I'm back in Georgia

Communication with Nikoloz was excellent. We wanted to avoid getting caught up in city traffic for our trip to Kazbegi and he was very helpful organising a convenient drop-off. Admin was straightforward and transparent. The Toyota RAV drove well and we had no issues with the vehicle.Returning the car to Tbilisi was smooth and hassle-free. Recommended!

הכל הלך עם החברה מעולה. קבלנו את הרכב למלון שלנו בבטומי. ע"פ המלצות חשובות על נהיגה בגיאורגיה, איפה לתדלק,והרכב היה אחלה. החזרנו בטביליסי וגם שם הצוות היה יעיל וזריז, התברברנו בעיר ולא הספקנו לשטוף את הרכב לפני החזרתו. ככה הבנו מקובל פה. בחברה התנדבו לשטוף אותו באותו מחיר שראינו בעיר. בלי לעשות עלינו קופה. בדקו את הרכב במהירות ודאגו לנו למונית למלון. ממליץ לעבוד אתם. רוני. ישראל
