Taylor Walton Anmeldelser

Just wanted to thank Tom Caterer and Daniel Morris for their work on our recent sale and purchase. Stellar service. Tom is a very experienced conveyancer and always available to help solve problems on transactions. I think people underestimate how important it is to have the right professional team to help get a deal across the line, particularly chain transactions. Tom has a well deserved reputation as the ‘go to’ solicitor in St Albans for property deals. I’ve done 4 sales / purchases with Tom and would highly recommend. Admittedly it is a touch more expensive than internet-search solicitors but with that comes local knowledge, trust, and an ability to get your deal done, which is invaluable. Thanks Tom and Daniel !

We are in our late 70s Taylor Walton made our sale and purchase so easy. Their team were always available, never impatient, always helpful and very professional.
We have no hesitation in recommending them as a Solicitor you can trust.

We have used Taylor Walton for various services: house conveyancing, power of attorney, probate etc. We have always been very pleased with the service. Courteous staff who have made the sometime difficult decisions and discussions better for the family. A*****

My parents were clients of Taylor Walton Harpenden, and had their wills and powers of attorney prepared there with Alison Voyce.
My husband and I have also had our wills made by them, and most recently Rachel Giles helped navigate dealing with my mums will, the inheritance tax and probate. I was confident that everything was being dealt with in a timely manner, and she sent regular email updates throughout the process. I would be very happy to recommend Rachel, Alison Voyce and Taylor Walton.

Samina Afsar, thank you for putting in the extra effort in our conveyancing. I understand that you were given a few weeks to complete all legal work necessary to meet the lenders deadline, wasn’t easy but we truly appreciate your hard work. You are a valuable member of Taylor Walton, and your positive attitude has helped us all continue to feel motivated

good service good communication and attention to detail

I have worked with Tom Caterer at Taylor Walton for 7 years across 4 transactions, in addition to their leasehold advisory services. They have provided excellent, diligent, efficient and value-for-money advice and I highly recommend their services.

Excellent Residential Services Team lead by Caroline Hume. Special mention for Grace Welch.

All the help and guidance during this process is much appreciated.

We have used Taylor Walton for our business legal matters for a number of years and cannot fault their professionalism, efficiency, commitment, and quality. They know their business but also care about their customers. We can recommend them without hesitation.

We recently bought a property in St Albans and used Taylor Walton Solicitors. We couldn't be happier with their service, especially Tom, who was our solicitor.
From making the offer to completing the purchase, everything took just three months. Tom made the process super quick and smooth. He was always on top of things, very responsive, and kept chasing other parties when needed. His experience really showed, and he made everything feel easy and stress-free.

We’re really happy with Taylor Walton Solicitors and highly recommend them. If you need a great solicitor for a property deal, Tom and the team at Taylor Walton are fantastic!

Taylor Walton have been amazing dealing with my mums estate after her passing. I would highly recommend them.

Very comfortable with expertise and the team .
Just sold our main residence which took much longer than we thought, but clearly down to the other professionals working for our buyers.
TW my go to firm for property transactions.

Used Taylor Walton as my solicitors for buying my first home. Completed last week and haven't got a bad word to say about them. Super friendly, down to earth and everything clearly explained. Made the process smooth and was reassured throughout. Can't fault their service - excellent!

Highly recommended firm. I have used Taylor Walton recently to manage the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our new home and the service was outstanding. We had Samina assigned to our case, and she went above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were accomodated. Communication was timely and precise and she was able to come back to any queries very quickly. Outstanding!

Rachel guided us through a complicated Probate process with such professionalism and made the whole process stress free. Excellent communication throughout and we are happy to recommend her services to friends and family thank you!

First class service and support from Tom, Daniel, Phoebe and all at Taylor Walton. Made the whole process of selling my property easy and always felt I was in good hands - many thanks

With quick responses and reassurance throughout, Jan and Caroline at Taylor Walton made the whole process of purchasing a house much simpler. Very grateful and highly recommend.

Excellent service. Attentive and delivered exactly what I needed.

Dreadful experience at the hands of this company for my divorce. I am a reasonable person and would not leave a review like this if I didn't feel it was warranted but want to warn people the way they operate nearly drove me to a breakdown. Weeks will pass when you want critical updates but they will ignore emails and the only time they proactively contact you is for another bill which come thick and fast and in my eyes do not always equate to work done. I consider myself a seriously resilient person but this company provided me with the worse and costliest service I have ever had the misfortune to use and plunged me to the brink of a breakdown.

Tricia Moxey, superb. Gets back to you in good time, and got on with the work needed at a fantastic pace, even out of hours. I would recommend her to anyone, as I would her assistant, Dawn Dagger. Both incredibly professional, not to mention lovely people too. 5 stars.
