Taylor Walton Anmeldelser

Our solicitor Tom Caterer and his support team were always very helpful in dealing with any questions we raised. Tom dealt with the sale and purchase for us and we would highly recommend him.

Sharon Mackenzie and her team assisted in the sale/purchase of my home. From start to finish, due to many unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances (none of which were down to Taylor Walton) the process took just under a year. During this time we also suffered an unexpected family bereavement, making an already incredibly stressful situation, even worse. Throughout the process, Sharon, Dawn and Nicola were outstanding; they dealt promptly with enquiries, kept me fully updated and were empathetic to my personal situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently worked with my solicitor Shalina Patel on a property purchase, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely client‑focused legal support.

We have recently sold 2 houses, ours and my parents and bought a new house in a new location. We found Shalina and her team to be helpful and we got the process through in 3 months. Thank you.

Paul dealt with both our sale and onward purchase and was fantastic and great to work with. Extremely responsive to emails and took the time to explain, guide and advise us on a number of issues. Provided us with a lot of confidence and was able to take the stress out the legal process. 110% would recommend Paul to anyone.

I was recommended Taylor Walton by a family client, and was very happy with their service for sale of a leasehold and purchase of a new build. Shalina and Angela are exemplars of reliable, accurate, efficient and relatively pain-free conveyancing. My calls and emails were returned promptly. From the communications with me, it was clear how much detailed work was being done behind the scenes. I would use again and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Taylor Walton to anyone selling a property. Their professionalism throughout the sale of my father’s house ensured a smooth, stress free experience. Shalina Patel and Angela Vasco guided us through the sale and kept us informed at all times.

Isobel Fensome was absolutely excellent dealing with my late mother's probate and estate last year. Communications were excellent and probate was granted very quickly, with no fuss and lots of important knowledge that I would have struggled with if doing it alone as executor.
On the conveyancing side I have dealt with Jeremy Mitchell three times in recent years. Selling my mother's bungalow in 2020, our house purchase 2025/6 and the sale of our old house in May 2026. In each case Jeremy was totally professional and gave lots of solid and reassuring assistance. The first two transactions found him dealing with awkward solicitors but he persevered and got the transactions completed. The final sale was amazing - from Offer accepted to completion in under 8 weeks with no stress at all. Thank you!
100% recommend Taylor Walton!
