Taylor Emmet Anmeldelser

Jessica Beveridge was excellent. An initial blip as the beginning when they missed info from estate agent that we had an offer but once rectified the email responses were quick and friendly.
Thank you for helping us sell our property.

Would never use again was left to move a 3 bed house with keys for 3hour constant delays took 7 months to move house rediculous

Personal service was fantastic. Jessica answered all my queries promptly and was very helpful. A good telephone service, which is so important.
I was initially worried by the number of online forms to complete and initial payment requested. I thought that this would herald an impersonal service but fortunately my first impressions were wrong.

Polite,efficient,understanding staff.

Slightly surprised at the cost of a transer of title as everything was known about the property given that it had just been bought.

Absolutely amazing service. Kept in touch all of the time to give updates. Would highly recommend this company

Fantastic start to finish, I used TaylorEmmet with the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house, which completed in around 6 weeks.

Great high quality service with no delay.

Definitely use again and recommend.

Great service, love the portal made the whole process so quick and easy to access documents and keep track of the progress.
It was so easy I barley needed to speak to the team but when I did I got very fast responses.
Completed 6 weeks and 6 days from having the offer accepted.

The conveyancing department at Taylor and Emmet are very proactive. They dealt promptly with all matters and kept me fully informed at every stage of our sale and purchase. Whenever I emailed them, a response was usually received within minutes from Lindsey or Danielle. They were very helpful with some specific requests to ensure disability equipment could be in place on the day of the move. They constantly chased and prompted a less efficient solicitor further along the chain to ensure everything stayed on track. I have used Taylor and Emmet previously for conveyancing and their service is consistently excellent.

Excellent service, great customer service and very professional.

The whole team at Taylor Emmet were extremely helpful all the way through the selling process.
Emails were returned quickly (often late into the night) and when we need advice on a related legal matter, they were keen to help. Will use again.

The Team at Taylor and Emmet provided us with a responsive and professional service with clarity of information and answering of any questions throughout the sale process of our property. We were never in a position of wondering what the status was, as we were kept fully informed. They have been similarly efficient in other matters.
Members of our family have also been clients over many years.

We were given very strict deadlines to meet for the sale of a retirement living apartment. Taylor Emmet rose to the challenge and completed the sale on time.

My experience of the Property Team was outstanding, attentive, polite, courteous and extremely efficient.

My mother has moved twice in the last Fifteen months and we used Taylor&Emmet for both sales.
The team were absolutely fantastic each time.

Absolutely brilliant service Highly recommend them 5*

Great communication and very efficient service.
Ross Ward was extremely helpful throughout the whole sales process. Will definitely use again.

Really helpful from the start. Nothing was too much trouble. Happy to provide us with hard copy papers/documents as on line via a smartphone isn’t the easiest.
From accepting an offer on our property at the end of January to moving in to our new home at the beginning of April is testament to their customer focussed approach.
Thanks TE for a great job done.

I have always had my questions answered swiftly, and the team was very professional. The support and assistance they provided were essential to conclude the process in the best and fastest way.

The team at T&E dealing with our sale were efficient and helpful and delivered a successful completion. It would have been helpful to have had a short briefing session early on to explain what would happen when/at what intervals. Not knowing made us (probably unnecessarily) nervous in the early stages as to whether T&E were not "on it".

Everything went well on our side. Although it took a while not through our fault.
