Taylor Emmet Anmeldelser

Amazing service from Claire Dibb. Helped us through all the sales process and excellent responses and timely. Went the extra mile and can’t thank her enough. Fully recommend.

After my previous solicitor dropped my purchase of at a flat at the last minute, Stacey kindly took the purchase on for me. From start to finish she has guided me through the whole process, which at times was extremely stressful and never ending.
I felt she always wanted the best for me & always there. Even for me to rant when things were taking longer than expected. She kept me informed all the time of where we were up to and always responded quickly and professionally.
She is an asset to Taylor Emmet and I would highly recommend her and her team for all their hard work and effort they put in. I can't thank them enough :)

Taylor Emmet dealt with my late husband’s estate very professionally, with a friendly and empathetic approach during a very difficult time.

We used Taylor & Emmet to sell our home & to buy our new one , everything was straight forward , we were kept up to date with everything we needed to know at all times , we wouldn't hesitate to use Taylor & Emmet again.

Taylor Emmet has help us with 2 residential property purchases, as well as the lease on a commercial property. Both Sally and Bryony have been professional throughout the processes with timely correspondence and thorough understanding of our needs. Their family law solicitors have also had a good reputation in town, and the services have been recommended by many.

Really pleased with the service we received from Sarah, Bronya and the team. The team were quick to respond to our enquiries and kept us informed throughout the process. Thank you for helping the purchase go smoothly!

We have just used Taylor Emmett for our house sale and purchase of our new property in Wales.
All went very smooth on our sale had a few issues on our purchase but all was dealt with very well
Big shout out to Ellena and Bronya who dealt with everything promptly and efficiently

Brilliant experience with Taylor Emmet

We made an offer on our dream house and were in within 2 months of appointing Sarah Gaunt.

The team were very thorough and good at communicating.

I had a personal issue that needed to be reviewed and checked very carefully. A lady called Corinna was appointed from day one to help me, and the service she provided from that day, up to and including finally settling the matter for me, was faultless.

I was kept advised of progress throughout, with constant updates, advise, and guidance available, as and when it was needed.

On the odd occasion when I needed to speak to her, and she was not available, I would receive a call-back after leaving a message.

Overall I received a first class service and could not have expected anything better. Highly recommended.

We instructed Taylor Emmets as our solicitors for a house sale. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond throughout. Particular mention for Ellena Brown who was a brilliant contact - she got back to us super quickly and nothing was too much trouble. She really made the selling process, especially in those crucial final weeks, as smooth as it could be and supported us every step of the way. Wouldn't hesitate to instruct Taylor Emmet again.

Absolutely Rubbish and I am very disappointed in them! Their solicitor who too me on as her client; showed bias towards the Child Social Worker who took me to court without my knowledge and consent. She failed to fully appreciate or understand the situation in which; I was in nor did she understand or empathise with the fact she were dealing with a vulnerable client.

This law firm did not get my family the outcome it deserved, leaving me to find another Solicitor (I had to go through at least 2 more law firms to find this solicitor), all the while my very young children at the time were going through a lot of distress, while watching me being humiliated in front of other parents, because of the decisions of Dina Martin then headteacher of the primary Academy/School, who kept communication with this social worker, helping him make an even bigger mess of my case and; further affecting my relationship with my children to the detriment of their well being.

Very little was done to rectify any mistakes and bad decisions made in my case; leaving me to go through their company complaints procedure, while under the stress of finding another solicitor. There was no show of emotional intelligence by the firm or their solicitor; towards the amount of emotional stress I was in as a vulnerable adult at the time I was their client.

The solicitor was in constant contact with social worker in question without my knowledge and consent.

This is a ridiculously expensive law firm for the poor services it offered me; I was treated like I was being "difficult"; without any appreciation for what my family was going through at the time.

Absolutely appalling! The solicitor who was given my case was at the beck and call of the Social Worker, who took the case to the Family courts under unwarranted child protection proceedings, without my knowledge and consent; and while attempting forced removal of my children out in public and through the domestic violence staff/volunteers he had assigned to me (2009 t0 2015).

If I recollect correctly this law firm ended up representing the Child Social Services (now Child Safeguarding Sheffield) when I found myself a new law firm for representation in the Family Courts (please note the FAMILY COURTS not the CRIMINAL COURTS).

The second time we have used Taylor and Emmet - and Oliver Simpson in particular. On both occasions the service has been professional, courteous and prompt. With this experience behind us we would not go anywhere else.

Highly professional & friendly service, always received a prompt response to any queries that arose during the sale of my property in Bakewell, Philippa Newbold's experience and local knowledge is second to none. Simply can't recommend Taylor Emmet enough particularly for anyone buying or selling in the Peak District.

From 1st point of contact to completion of the transaction we were highly satisfied with the service . Kept well informed with good communication throughout the process . Would recommend

The people, especially Beth, Richard and Amanda, the knowledge and professionalism. Excelling in handling sensitive areas and providing guidance in difficult situations that were not always straight forward. One massive thank you.

The customer service we received from Taylor Emmet was brilliant, as this was the first time we had to deal with a bereavement it was bit mind boggling initially but Emma and Keeley helped us every step of the way. I can honestly say that they are a great asset to the company and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Taylor Emmet were helpful and efficient at all times during the process. Moreover, they were responsive to emails and communicated clearly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We instructed Taylor Emmet for the sale and purchase of our property. We are very happy with the service received. Efficient team who responded quickly to any questions we had and were helpful from start to finish. We would definitely recommend and would use again if needed. Thank you.
