This company was awful. If I had known that they demanded that I pre-pay for the trip I would have done so, but instead they waited until the driver was already late for me to fiddle around adding my credit card info. I was just in time for my train.

The single worst taxi experience of my life. 25 mins late, demanded a postcode to the train station at the last minute and then still started driving to the wrong location. Missed my train, might miss my flight

Our driver was very professional. There were delays in getting there due to traffic, but he and the company were in constant communication with me. I appreciated this. I imagine this is a daily occurrence because London has a lot of traffic. We gave ourselves an extra 30 minutes, so we actually arrived at the airport on time.

Phoned to confirm the night before.
Phoned to let me know driver was on the way and would be arriving in 2 minutes.

The WhatsApp communication is great. Our driver was late due to road works but we did get the train. I suggest leaving a bigger buffer in your booking if time is critical.

Sadly our driver arrived almost 15 minutes after the time we had requested meaning we missed our train to the airport. We had allowed exactly 15 minutes buffer not thinking we could need it from the get go. When I expressed that we needed to meet a train deadline I was told they were sorry for the delay. Very disappointed for a first time user. It would have been easier and cheaper to just get an uber and we opted for this service to ensure we would make our train with plenty of time without waiting for an uber. I will not be using this company again.

On time, very kind sir and good communication and service

Booked and paid for a few days in advance to take us to the airport. Confirmed by message. But two minutes before they were due to arrive we got a message to say they couldn’t make it!!!!!!!

Left us completely stressed and had to urgently find another way to get to airport!! Completely and utterly awful. I will never ever use again!!!!!!!!

We used ealingtaxis.co.uk which appear to be a subsidiary of taxisnetwork, they literally just booked us an uber. We wouldn't have found out however they put in the wrong address and I didn't realise originally. Would not recommend.

Absolutely no problems with this service, taxi arrived on time, got confirmation calls etc. journey was fine and not overly expensive,

DO NOT BOOK!

I had arranged a taxi to collect me at 3:35am to ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the airport. The car arrived 30 minutes late, which completely defeated the purpose of pre-booking. I called the main line when the driver was 10 minutes late and was assured he’d be with me within 2 minutes. Instead, I waited another 20 minutes with no updates or further communication until the driver himself called me 7 minutes out.

I understand that delays can happen, but for an airport run booked in advance, delays should be anticipated and factored into the dispatch process. The lack of communication and disregard for timing is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the vehicle that eventually arrived was not a quality saloon car as expected, but an old Hyundai or Prius I think. It was hard to tell as the badge had fallen off the steering wheel! Not what I had paid for. Then, during the journey, the driver played music despite it being 4am. I had to put headphones in just to try and get some peace.

This journey was pre-booked specifically to reduce stress, but instead it added significant anxiety and discomfort to my morning. I will not be using Taxisnetwork services again.

When sending my feedback directly to the company, they failed to respond.

Confirmed booking the morning before our evening flight arrival. We ended up having a three hour delay but the lovely driver, Bilal, was there where he said he would be despite being nearly one in the morning! Thank you!

Very unhappy. I was feeling unwell and faint and needed a taxi home ASAP. Called Taxis Network and they quoted me £55 for the taxi. Taxi arrived and it was an Uber driver. He said the fare should have been £25 at most. I got overcharged £30. This is really unfair as I was unwell and he took advantage of the fact that I needed to get home ASAP.

This company is run by an individual who books an Uber for you and takes a 50% cut. Exploiting customers.

Will never book again.

Pickup time and place confirmed previous night. I was told three minutes before due time to stand outside and wait. Taxi didnt arrive but at my third call was told he’d taking wrong turning and would be there shortly. He wasnt. Another call and i was told another driver would be there shortly, who when he did turn up nearly half an hour after the booked time, tole me he had just been booked thru uber. The dalay meant i missed by appointnent and lost a week’s work. They lied to me persistently and shrugged it off as down to the traffic. Don’t go near them with a bargepole

It was reassuring that the company double-checked all all pick-up information, driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Highly recommendable service.

The car was spotless and well maintained. The driver wad considerate and polite and everything went smoothly.
Very good value, and I would definitely use again.

Booked return journey to Heathrow and had an excellent experience. Really great taxi service. Both drivers were great but a special mention to Faridullah on our return journey who was very accommodating after our flight was delayed. Will definitely use again.

Very friendly driver. Cab company was very prompt with messages and contacted us the moment the plane touched down and kept keeping tabs on our whereabouts.

Absolutely great and punctual service.
