I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely requires one.

I placed an order and requested a cancellation within 8 minutes. Despite acting immediately, the request was not properly processed and the order was still shipped.

Following customer service instructions, I refused the delivery with UPS. The driver took the package back, which led me to believe the matter was resolved. However, two weeks later, the same package was sent back to me again.

I am now left trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled from the beginning. This reflects a serious lack of internal coordination and customer support efficiency.

A simple request turned into a prolonged and frustrating experience. I hope this feedback leads to improvements, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with TATCHA.

I placed an order of $355 for multiple products, including expedited shipping and customs fees, as a birthday gift for my mother. The package arrived late and contained only a single small item, while the rest of the products were missing.

The parcel was sealed upon delivery, and the shipment weight clearly indicated that it only contained a portion of the order.

I contacted customer support and provided all requested information. Despite this, I was told that I would only receive a refund after obtaining a refund from customs, which is unreasonable. Later, I was advised to proceed with a chargeback instead of being offered a proper resolution.

The situation escalated to PayPal, where the case had to be corrected because it was initially handled incorrectly.

Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating: late delivery, incomplete order, and a lack of accountability from the seller.

I expected a much higher level of service from a brand like TATCHA.

Be wary ordering promotions from this company. Don't expect their promotion codes to work for free items when ordering full size products. You probably won't receive them and they come back saying you didn't enter the promotion code on your order. Would be wise to screenshot any orders!

I like the products a lot but it’s very expensive & I always try to purchase when there’s an offer on - the problem is that the order goes through & the free item has always been deleted - the message seems to be that there are only a very few people who will get the free product on offer & it feels like a bit of a scam

I bought a serum from tatcha. Before using I shook the bottle and it didn’t feel full. I opened it and it looked half empty. I let it “settle” 24 hours and it was still only 2/3 full.
I contacted them and they said it was “headroom” and not supposed to be full. I asked for a refund under their happiness guarantee but they were not interested.

I have tried many products for skin care and tatcha has been my favorite by far. I have eczema and saggy skin on my face from weight loss. Their products have helped me with both the redness and tightening. Does it work for everyone? Probably not, ad everyone’s skin is different but for me Tatcha has been a game changer. I’ve ordered numerous times and all but one order arrived within the week. The one that took longer was during a time they were having a huge gift sale so there was a lot of people to send out to. The only complaint I have is their website on mobile / tablets is poorly optimized it times out.

The product is beautiful! Application and results left my skin feeling rich and flawless.

I have been a customer of theirs for around 2 years, buying regularly. Love the products and haven't had issues up until now, when my last order was incorrect. No responses from customer service at all which doesn't align at all with the gratuitous thank you card you receive on each order.

I will not buy from them again (despite the good products) if they do not have a decent after sales process in place for people that are spending a lot of money on the brand.

Ordered the rice wash and the dewy skin cream, since a month of using my skin feels so plump and fresh! I am getting so many compliments on my skin💜

I bought a Kissu lip mask in gold.
After only a few weeks I did not expect the gold colour to fall off the lid.
It's not the premium produxy I thought.

Having placed orders from multiple companies for Christmas gifting, Tatcha is the only one where I have ongoing issues with an order and response from customer services. Having received my ( very large order) I did not receive the large gift box ( which I paid £6 for)… after a third chase I was asked to supply evidence of invoice, packaging, products received ( all due a missing gift box) which I supplied. Despite 3 further emails I have had NO response either for the gift to be supplied or a refund. Despite loving Tatcha products, their customer services team has really let them down. Whilst this is only a gift box, it’s the principle hence the bad review from a very disappointed customer

Absolutely terrible customer service - I submitted a return request and 3 days later I am still waiting for any communication from Tatcha. The chat bott does not put you through to customer services and is not fit for purpose and I am still awaiting any communication from this company. Very frustrating and totally unprofessional.

Tatcha is now my new favourite and go to skincare! It’s so refreshing and hydrating and has changed my skin so much in such a short space of time x

Horrible customer service. Refused to honour the code “bounce” for the keychain gift. (A future collectible). Luckily I had taken a screenshot and after too many (five?) emails I just got a postage order for it. They were very “computer says no” so take screenshots of all your codes on your orders.

l bought the Dewy skin cream and the Dewy serum. I tried it for a few weeks. However, I noticed I could not keep cystic acne on my chin under control. Within a day of stopping Tatcha my acne started to clear up. I have NEVER had a product break me out like this one did! My skin has some dry patches but also can be sensitive. It feels nice to put on and smells good. But that's about it. It leaves a residue that makes you think your skin is being very hydrated. It turned me into a pizza face.

The most amazing moisturiser!! I purchased the dewy skin and I’ll never go back. The feeling it gives me when I apply is pure glow! I couldn’t recommend it more!

One of my favourite products is the tatcha moisturiser, feels so lightweight and soft on my skin leave me with a subtle glow ✨

I checked out a lot of reviews being buying Tatcha moisturiser (purple one )
and on using it I have to say I am rather underwhelmed...
I personally found it quite greasy and yes its quite thick and you don't need much
but still I prefer and will stick to Bobby brown .

Annoying after doing so much homework on it as it's hardly cheap and there's a lot of choice of others given the price.

I have used the dewy skin cream moisturiser from tatcha and it has completely transformed my skin. I will never go back to any other moisturiser after using this as it has left my skin literally looking and feeling like glass! It is a must have.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their products. I love the rice wash and dewy skin cream. They are so soothing. Two or three times a year they have great promos too.
