Tastecard is a huge scam. I did not sign up for auto renewal but had money taken from my account for a renewal I do not want. I was not contacted by Tastecard to inform me of this renewal prior to money being taken, and when I contacted them they basically said I should have cancelled - I didn't know there was anything to cancel. I tried to cancel as soon as it came up pending on my bank account but wasn't able to. I literally used it once as many of the retailers listed do not know how to use the discount. Absolutely disgusted by this and very upset as I cannot afford the large membership fee that has been taken. I signed up for the free membership for a year as an NHS worker - you are taking advantage of people you know cannot afford it. UPDATE: They are still refusing to refund the renewal even though I never signed up for renewal, and claim email reminders were sent, even though I never received any. Avoid signing up for anything with this company.

Kelly and her support team have been amazing in helping me to sort out my query regarding accessibility to Tastecard app. She has been patient with my responses and has been friendly and sympathetic.

The list of where I can use the card is years out of date and I wasted lots of time searching for non existent outlets. Despite informing tastecard of this months ago, only 1 of 3 has been removed from their list of where thecard can be used.
In addition, they were 'unable to locate', the outlets incorrectly listed and I was able to log in using an incorrect email.
The app itself gives no explanation of use and seems to have no purpose, as nowhere I've been, has scanned it.

I have decided to cancel my membership of Tastecard as l didn't really use it during the year. I had problems cancelling using the initial form but after sending another email l had a very helpful reply which was informative and clear regarding the process. Thank you so much for your help.

I made a mistake and renewed my membership twice. These mistakes often become stressful to rectify! However, my problem was delt with by promptly Lynda (senior customer service adviser) and I was emailed to say all had been sorted and my refund for the second membership would be refunded in 7 days.
